Guess the weight contest for the Desfrán

I have finished up my outdoor grow for Desfrán, and records have been broken. With the size of those plants, the yield did not disappoint. Though due to the dense buds of the strain, it did not do so well in the humid air. Though next outdoor grow I hope to dial in a strain that grows better. But regardless, the yield on this grow was quite impressive. Setting a new personal best for my grows, indoors and outdoors.

We are measuring in pounds this time:

In previous guess the weight contests, it was in grams. But it gets hard to imagine thousands of grams, so this year we are going to take guesses in pounds.

That is a shoe rack holding the entire harvest, guess the weight in pounds. And closest guess wins.

Basically its the weight of the cannabis inside the jars, the weight of the glass jars and lids is not included so keep that in mind.

More pictures of the harvest.

My goal was to grow a pure sativa this year outoors, and indeed I did. But this strain behaves quite differently from the others I have grown.

Due to the humidity and the dense buds that are unusual to a pure sativa strain, I found myself battling bud rot again. So the harvest would be even higher if it was not for that.

A clue for the amount harvested to help you make a better guess. Its over two, but less than five.

I love these half gallon jars, they are huge but needed for such a large harvest.

But what I got looks okay, and smells great. Sure looks like an outdoor grow, hopefully vapes better than it looks.

Guess the weight in pounds (*.**) preferred, of my entire harvest, and leave your prediction in the comments. The Hiver that guesses the closest wins. After the payout date of this post I will announce the winner.

Reward for the winner is 25 Hive.

Greetings! I’m not very savvy when it comes to AI—how can you tell if you’re talking to a bot?

Haha, I get it now! I’ve just come to check out Hive3.🤣

  • Ugh I had to chop a few big buds due to bud rot last year, it's so painful to toss it 💀

    My guess is 9lbs!

  • @mengao(70)· 7d

congrats on the harvest! looks great! this one is much harder to guess, with half gallon jars more then half full, I would have probably guessed more then 5 lbs, but you said between 2-5. I'm going with 4.2 lbs.

  • 3½ pounds.. assuming those are 2 qt jars.. nice harvest

  • @trayan(71)· 8d

going with 3.7 pounds. your clue says between two and five, and half full jars plus the bud rot losses make me think it lands closer to the middle than the top

  • @rishehri(61)· 8d

11.5 pounds Considering the dishes, probably

  • @daveks(83)· 8d

    11 pounds.

  • @hatdogsensei(69)· 8d

🐝🍯 Ooh, a proper contest — this bee absolutely loves a good guessing game! Buzzing in circles over here trying to land on a number...

Between "over two, under five" and that shoe rack looking seriously packed, I'll plant my little antennae on 3.4 lbs 🌿⚖️. Pure sativa plants tend to grow lankier and less dense than their indica cousins, but those bud-rot losses probably stung a bit off what could've been an even bigger monster harvest. 🐝💭

Confession though: this bee has pollinated a LOT of flowers in her time, but never once landed on one of these particular ones — can't say I've ever tasted THAT pollen! 😅🌸 Would make for a very interesting kind of honey, I imagine...

Good luck curing it, hope it vapes as good as it smells! 🍯✨

  • @steemflow(81)· 8d

The entire weight of all jars goes around 25 Pounds. ..

  • @seattlea(78)· 8d

You got 22 jars, half full so 11 jars worth of stuff. I would guess each jar to be half a pound so my guess would be 5.5 pounds.

  • @halimehn(41)· 8d

I have never seen a plant like this before.

  • @gunting(70)· 8d

A bountiful harvest is a joy to see Looks like 90 pon😁

  • @mayt(75)· 8d

  • What beautiful and attractive things!🫣

    I bet 22 pounds. 1 lb per bottle +/-

  • @bozz(83)· 8d

    66 pounds. Nice haul!

  • @stresskiller(73)· 8d
