A greeting to the Lifestyle community and especially to the content creators who take a moment to read these lines.

Today I want to share a reflection about something I've been thinking about these past few days. A short while ago, I wrote about how valuable it is to be grateful and how good it feels when we acknowledge what others do for us. But to see the whole picture, we also have to talk about the other side of the coin: the lack of appreciation, when people forget to say thank you and take things for granted as if they were an obligation.

The truth is nobody likes dealing with people who don't value small details. Sometimes you make a genuine effort to lend a hand to a friend, a family member, or a neighbor, and it hurts to see that person act like it was nothing, or worse, as if it were your duty to fix everything for them. Nobody is looking for applause or special praise, but a simple, heartfelt "thank you" changes the whole dynamic.

When someone gets used to taking other people's effort for granted, little by little they end up alone. People get tired of offering support to someone who never shows consideration. The saddest part is that this mindset keeps them from ever feeling at peace: you extend a hand and it is never enough, they always find a negative side and complain about what is missing, without noticing all the good they have already received.

It can happen to any of us. Sometimes, because we are in a hurry or caught up in the daily routine, we forget to appreciate the people around us. We get used to coming home to a warm meal, a clean space, or having someone ready to listen when times get tough, without stopping to think about the time and care that person put into it.

That is why it is worth taking a pause, looking around, and acknowledging those who offer us their genuine support. Expressing gratitude costs nothing, but it makes a huge difference in keeping healthy relationships, maintaining strong friendships, and living with true peace of mind.

Well, I say goodbye to all of you, I look forward to your comments.
