Hello #indiaunited community and hive friends 💕.
The question for this week’s prompt from #indiaunited says: “If You Could Choose Any Profession”.
Seeing this question really made me think of how change has made things a lot easier for people of this generation. In simple put, the 21st century I can say has been the best generation where things were easily accessible and people can change from what ever course they read at the university to anything they picked interest on even after studying 📚
I will always want to be “A Real Estate Professional”, which has been known as “Realtors” . A Realtor is a Real Estate Professional who helps people buy, sell and rent residential and commercial properties. These sets of individuals can also be called Agents .
I studied Business Administration which is very broad area when it comes to the study of arts and commerce,a course that can enable you work with corporate bodies, organizations or you might chose to set up any business of you interest since Businesses Administration majorly deals with clerical duties of paper works and physical buying and selling of merchandising, marketing of products, etc.
And with this study, I had the opportunity to work 8:00 - 5:00 with many organizations in the area of customer relations and documentations. But as time went by, I picked interest in Real Estate 🏡 and have to under go some basic courses to learn how it works. Although, there are broader areas in Real Estate which deals with land survey , measurements and others.
The work of a realtor is practically like being an entrepreneur, because its a business that deals with buying and selling of properties, selling of lands , renting and letting houses 🏡 to clientele, leasing spaces and stalls. So this is a profession I love 💕 so much despite not studying it in the university from on set which change has enabled us through versatility of opportunities.
Why I choose This Profession?
Property business is one business that is holding the economic of any nation especially in countries where government pays attention to land management, which gives back fund to the government through those purchasing and building. And with this happening, everyone connected to this land sale from the buyer side can become so rich as a connector .
Being a Realtor has giving me the opportunity of meeting people of all areas of work, because everyone in one way or the other will need property at one time or the other. So, its one business you will get to meet people just like in the area of customer relations in organization which I loved 🥰 too.
I can tell you that this job is one tasking and stressful job because of the running around when physical inspection is involved, but its also one job that can give you connection that can help you when you are in need and needs people to help you. So its not just you helping others. You are also helping yourself get connected for other personal needs.
In all its one area of work you can get rich 🤑 quickly. Although, it might take some people years , others months, to get that property that can change your life. It all deals with connection. Who is buying, what amount of money 💰 is invoice and what percentage involved. Many have been in this profession but still struggling, others who has better connection might have made it big. You don’t have to give us because tomorrow might be your day.
However, this profession has really taught me of what being an entrepreneur is. You will get to keep learning how the technique of businesses work. I can’t think of any other profession at this point in time because my current profession is sometime I love 💕 and hoping that with time will yield very good reward support.
In conclusion, I believe that real estate 🏡 us a profession that has no ending because people will continue to build new houses, property sells is a continuous process, old buildings will get to be renovated to earn more value and all these eventually keeps going round.
