When I think about 2026 far the first thing that comes to my mind is my school, school has probably been one of the important parts of this year for me because it was not just about going to school and attending classes it came with a lot of changes, decisions, adjustments and even things I did not see coming.
I started this year with an idea of how I wanted things to go but somewhere along the line life decided to rearrange the plan small.. I had to adjust. One of the things was moving places. Moving is not something you just do physically you move your things, you also move your mind, your plans and sometimes even the way you see your life, Being in a new environment made me realize that I had to figure out certain things differently.
There were moments when I was excited, moments when I was worried and moments when I just sat down wondering, "Okay what am I doing?". Somehow I kept moving.. I think that is one of the biggest things 2026 has taught me that sometimes you don't have to have everything figured out before you start , sometimes you just start and then you figure things out along the way.
My life has changed generally this year some changes were intentional while others just happened because life happened, some things I thought would remain the same changed some things I thought I had control over showed me that I didn't actually have much control as I thought.. Honestly I think I am learning to be okay with that. I am learning that change is not always a thing sometimes change is just life pushing you into another chapter.
Looking back I can say that school and moving aare more like the general big change in my life are probably the most notable things about 2026 for me.. I don't want the year to end just there, because , there are still things I am looking forward to and one major thing I want to do is learn another hand skill because honestly looking at this economy at this point I don't think having one skill is enough, You need to know how to do something that can bring money into your hands and if possible you should have than one way of making money.
Business is becoming more and more important, I want to position myself properly, I don't want to sit down and complain about how expensive everything is , because If I will complain because who won't?. After complaining I also want to ask myself What can I do about it? So I am looking forward to learning something that I can turn into another source of income, i want another skill that can give me options, something I can build around my interests and businesses something that can eventually become another stream of income because at this point in life I am very interested in having plenty options, I want to be able to say if this does not work today I have another thing I can do.
That kind of security is important to me, so when I think about 2026 I don't just think about the things that happened I think about how much I have had to adjust, learn and keep going, the year is not yet done and I don't know exactly what the remaining months will bring.. I know what I want, and it is .... More growth, More learning, More opportunities.. Hopefully another skill that will put some money in my pocket, whatever 2026 decides to bring I am ready for it, one thing, at a time.
