"There is something magical about the way a sunset can make us feel at peace, grateful and alive all at once." β Morgan Harper Nichols

Good day, Hivers!!
Wishing all of you a wonderful week βοΈ
Here's a little peek at my golden hour walk.
The sun was so bright, like a giant ball of fire. Its golden glow stretched across the whole horizon to the brick path we were walking on.
I could still feel the sun's warmth mixing with the cool breeze from the nearby river.
You could see from the photo the long line of cars that stopped just to take photos and enjoy the last glimpse of the sun for today. That scene lasted for a few minutes.
And there it goes, gone in the horizon.
The sky was still a bit blue and dark.
The horizon was still glowing.
Clouds were fluffy.
Everything started to turn dark and cool. So we started walking. The brick path stretched for about 3 km. We went back and forth along the path, then to where we stayed. That was an estimated 9-kilometer walk. I didn't even notice the distance. I enjoyed looking around. There were tall trees near the road and some mangroves near the river. The water was calm.
As it started to get dark, the solar-powered street lamps turned on. They help joggers and people see the path clearly.
It was peaceful. It was quiet. All I could hear was some joggers' steps and my own footsteps. Plus the sound of some birds and occasional splashes of water when fish jump out. Rush hour was over, so there were not many vehicles on the streets.
That was another peaceful walk done. πΏ
