Here is my entry for the #monomad contest by @brumest and @monochromes.

Few things are as satisfying as simply watching the rhythmic lapping of the waves on the sand of a deserted beach.

Being in touch with nature. The fresh scent that almost touches our skin as we approach the surf zone.

The gentle touch of warm sand on the soles of our feet.

It’s all poetry.

All you have to do is be present.

And breathe… and let your shoulders settle.
