Hola queridos amigos de @homesolutions, saludos y bendiciones, en esta ocasión vengo para hablarles sobre una compra que decidimos hacer en casa dado las circunstancias en las que estaba viniendo el agua, ya que últimamente está viniendo muy marrón, y aunque para tomar agua tenemos un filtro en el patio, lo que es en la platera usamos el agua que sale de la llave para hervir agua sea para el arroz, pasta u otros alimentos, así como para lavarlos los platos, pero ciertamente con un agua tan sucia así se estaba volviendo difícil ello.

Es por eso que cuando mi hermana supo de este filtro que se puede conectar fácilmente a la llave del lavaplatos decidimos que era justo y necesario ello, es de plástico y sencillo , su precio también muy accesible por lo que si puede ayudar para que el agua salga mejor, decidimos que así debía ser, por lo que inmediatamente al comprarlo lo decidimos poner, claro ese día no había agua por lo que resultaría complicado probarlo pero al menos instalarlo había que hacer, aunque al inicio creíamos que no resultaría a pesar de que además de donde está el cartucho para filtrar el agua o donde puede salir normal el agua que viene del grifo dependiendo de lo que desees en el momento, trae diferentes boquillas para que se pueda adaptar a la que tengas.

El aparato solo se enrosca no tiene nada así para conectar que sea complicado, pero en el momento teníamos un detalle, el grifo de por sia trae como un filtro pequeño que debes quitar pero mi padre no se acordaba jaja así que creíamos que habíamos perdido la inversión porque con ninguna de las boquillas que traía calzaba, pero ya al quitarle eso con la primera normal se pudo poner sin problema, al día siguiente que ya había agua en las tuberías fue de ayuda para probarlo, claro como el agua estaba poca por el filtro salía poco, pero al revisar el cartucho el cual era blanco como el aparato, ya estaba sucio, se había manchado por completo, lo cual reafirmaba lo que siempre se veía en esa agua toda marrón.

Se buscó un cepillo de celdas suaves para limpiarlo ya que cada cierto tiempo hay que hacerlo porque se acumula mucho el sucio sobre todo por cómo sale ahorita, conforme a lo que nos comentaron ese cartucho del filtro se vende aparte y se puede cambiar cada dos años, ya cuando pierde su función, lo cual es bueno porque ya luego de usarlo vimos la diferencia con el agua, más cristalina y sin residuos, lo cual resulta de mucha ayuda ya que aunque se caliente el agua para quitar las impurezas el que se tenga un aparato que te ayuda a eliminarlas también es de apoyo, más por cómo está viniendo últimamente.

That’s why, when my sister heard about this filter that can be easily attached to the dishwasher faucet, we decided it was both fair and necessary. It’s made of plastic and simple, and its price is also very affordable, so if it can help the water flow better, we decided that’s what we should do. So, as soon as we bought it, we decided to install it, Of course, there was no water that day, so it would be hard to test it, but we had to at least install it. Although at first we didn’t think it would work—even though, in addition to the spot where the water filter cartridge is located or where water can flow normally from the faucet depending on what you want at the moment—it comes with different nozzles so it can be adapted to whatever faucet you have.

The device just screws on—there’s nothing complicated to connect—but at the time we ran into a little snag: the faucet itself comes with a small filter that you have to remove, but my dad didn’t remember that, haha, so we thought we’d wasted our money because none of the nozzles that came with it fit. But once we removed that part, the first standard nozzle fit without any trouble. The next day, when there was already water in the pipes, it helped us test it out. Of course, since there wasn’t much water due to the filter, not much came out, but when we checked the cartridge—which was white like the device—it was already dirty; it had become completely stained, which confirmed what we’d always seen in that brown water.

We looked for a soft-bristled brush to clean it, since it needs to be done every so often because a lot of dirt builds up—especially given how it’s currently working. According to what we were told, that filter cartridge is sold separately and can be replaced every two years, once it stops working properly—which is good because after using it, we noticed a difference in the water: it’s clearer and free of residue. This is very helpful because, even though heating the water removes impurities, having a device that helps eliminate them is also a big help, especially given how the water has been lately.
