Which HiveSuite Game Caught My Eye, and Why? – A Number-Lover’s Journey to 2048.

I am a game freak right from the Symbian phone era — those classic days of snake, racing, and puzzle games that kept us glued to tiny screens. When I joined the Hive blockchain, the first thing I did was hunt for a game that felt like home. I eventually settled with #Splinterlands, and now the two of us are basically Siamese twins.🤗

Few months ago @sagarkothari88 introduced me to #HiveSuite and asked me to check out the games there.Then HiveSuite actually dropped 52 games in one place — PC and mobile, browser-based,and the #IndiaUnited Weekly Contest asked the perfect question:

“Which HiveSuite game caught your eye, and why?”

Out of those 52 titles, three immediately grabbed me: Water Sort, 2048, and Sudoku. All three are pure brain-rackers that joggle your mental gears in the best way. Let me walk you through why each one stood out, and why I finally settled on one as my clear favourite.

The Three That Caught My Eye. 1. Water Sort

SolvedThis is a colour-sort puzzle where you pour coloured layers between glass tubes until every tube holds only one pure colour. It looks simple, but the logic gets addictive fast. Easy / Medium / Hard modes keep the challenge rising, and the “quick, satisfying, infinite puzzles” description is spot-on. Perfect for short sessions when you want that “just one more tube” feeling.

2. Sudoku

Classic 9×9 number placement. Fill every row, column, and 3×3 box with digits 1–9. It is the ultimate logic workout and a game I’ve always respected.

3. 2048

This is the one that won my heart.

Why 2048 Became My Favourite.

2048 is built entirely around multiples of two. You slide tiles around a grid, combining matching numbers (2 + 2 = 4, 4 + 4 = 8, and so on) with the ultimate goal of creating the 2048 tile. I love playing with numbers. The clean math, the planning ahead, the moment you finally merge into a high value — it hits that perfect mix of strategy and satisfaction. Every move forces you to think several steps ahead or risk boxing yourself in. It’s simple to learn, endlessly deep to master, and pure number joy. And the proof is on the leaderboard.Looking at the All-time Top Scores, I’m sitting in 3rd place with a solid run: 1st: @mobi72 – 36,560 2nd: @bartman67 – 36,096 3rd: @zusi78 – 28,032

Final Word for the IndiaUnited Community Water Sort, Sudoku, and 2048 all caught my eye because they challenge the mind the way the best classic games always have. But 2048 is the one I keep coming back to. The pure number-combining mechanics, the endless “just one more move” pull, and the competitive leaderboard all line up perfectly with how I like to play. If you love numbers, strategy, or that classic puzzle high, give 2048 a spin. You might just find yourself climbing the same leaderboard.

    Oh, you are a gaming person, bro. I was looking out for the Chess one. I liked chess,s but I don't know how to play it. The little effort I made to learn was dropped off in pursuit of a career.     That third place spot on the leaderboard is really impressive. I always get completely boxed in on 2048 way before reaching any kind of high score like that.
