SENSE 8, another genius of the Wachowski sisters (The Matrix) π€©π§π

Sense 8 / Netflix
Sense8 isn't going to appeal to everyone. What's more, the majority will flee after seeing the pilot. Released on June 5, 2015, it is a series directed by the Wachowski sisters, the same ones who made The Matrix and many other classics. It is a series produced by Netflix. It has two seasons, plus a final 2-hour chapter. The issue was that for economic reasons on June 1, 2017, Netflix announced the cancellation of the series, leaving the plot open. So the fans broke the balls on social networks and after a dialogue between the Wachowski sisters and Netflix, on June 29 it was announced that the platform would produce a final episode of the two-hour series, in which the unknowns would be resolved.
The pilot begins with a metaphorical birth in which Daryl Hannah (Kill Bill) gives birth to 8 beings in different parts of the world. They are not born in the literal sense, but awaken them to a kind of extrasensory connection with her and with each other. Through this connection, they are able to communicate, feel, and share their knowledge, languages, and skills. As they try to find out why they are connected and what their connection means.
Provocative, with memorable musical moments, mixing genres. I remember when they develop Mexican history, they use clichΓ©s from soap operas, and when they are in India they are not afraid of the typical Bollywood choreographies. Sense8 goes beyond the screen, at least if you allow yourself to be caught up in this multisensory experiment that leaves no one indifferent. A recommendation for this Saturday. I leave you a warm hug, I wish you a beautiful weekend.
