pokemon decide their own partner. Tim is caught here with the help of the pokemon ball, but the way he doesn't like being in the pokemon ball, he leaves. At this point, Tim gets a phone call, and Tim learns that his father died in an accident.
This time Tim goes to Ryme city where his father lived and worked for Howard. There was a Rhyme city where pokemon and his partner lived together. No pokemon battles can be played here and pokemon doesn't have to be like a ball.
Tim meet Hide this time and Hide was his father's colleague. Hide gives Tim the keys to his father's flat. On the way to the flat, there was a pokemon Tim followed by a Lucy. Lucy was a reporter and detective. she is investigating the Lucy Harry Goodman case.
Tim now comes to his father's flat and sees Harry recharging something about pokemon and he saw a tube on the table. The purple gas in that tube was called "R". The tube accidentally falls out of Tim's hand, and the gas escapes, inhaling pokemon in the Ryme city, causing a strange reaction.
Pikachu has forgotten the past and now he doesn't remember much about how he will use his power, just showing Tim his hat from where Harry's pokemon was Pikachu. This time Pikachu tells Tim that Harry is still alive but he is not dead because if pokemon's partner dies then pokemon will also die here Harry is dead but Pikachu is still alive so Harry is not dead yet.
Tim reported the incident to hide suspects that his body was found when Tim's father died. Tim sees Howard and Roger at the press conference. Howard's son Roger but there was no similarity between them.
Tim meets Lucy this time and she wants to know about her father's investigation. Pikachu learns from a piece of secret news that this "R" gas Pokemon battle sells one but the pokemon battle was illegal in Ryme city.
This time everyone came to the place of her father's accident and found a lab thereafter investigation, now everyone enters the lab and sees that different pokemon have been captured and various experiments are being carried out on them.
Roger could see this incident sitting on the camera. Here Tim frees silver Mewtwo to kill them, this is because the pokemon in this lab are being unnaturally increased in power and are being controlled. But while fleeing from here, Pikachu became unconscious due to an attack between them.
Mewtwo brings Pikachu back to his former state, and when Tim goes to tell his father the true story Roger captures Mewtwo again. Tim was the silver lining behind these events and Tim goes to Howard to report this incident.
Pikachu on the other hand understands Howard was behind these incidents because Tim's father had an accident and everything went according to plan. "R" gas was made from Mewtwo DNA. Howard wanted to transfer between pokemon and humans because if we can do human transfer in pokemon then they will be able to manage their power in their own way.
This is Mewtwo was the most powerful so Howard was experimenting on it. The Tim here sees a system between the heads of Mewtwo and Howard through which they were making this transfer. Tim Howard pulls this system out of his head and frees Mewtwo.
Now Mewtwo tells Tim the truth that Harry and Pikachu both wanted to save him from Howard, it is learned that Howard had caused the accident with the help of Mewtwo but Harry Goodman was in Pikachu, so Pikachu survived. it's not the real Pikachu. Tim now tells Mewtwo to fix everything as before. Mewtwo help fixes everything as before, and Harry returns. This time Harry and Tim are seen together.
