Good evening, esteemed Hive platform. I send you my warmest greetings. It's a pleasure to interact with you again about a topic that has fascinated me since childhood... The Beatles. That's why I decided to review another unforgettable song of theirs: Help! A big hug to you all. A very enthusiastic greeting to the wonderful project https://scrobble.life/

Brief general aspects of the song "Help!" by the Beatles. 1965

Help! is a song first released in June 1965, an introspective and biographical piece by John Lennon. He himself stated that at the time he felt obese and overwhelmed; obviously, fame and existential problems were inexorably destroying him. The title itself says it all: Help! HELP2.jpg

It's the opening track of the album, followed by other songs that make up this extraordinary work. Obviously, as they had done a year earlier in 1964, they decided to make a film based on their adventures and activities in various circumstances, some quite adventurous, and in this case, the film Help! also has a mythical and religious undertone, as Ringo finds himself embroiled in countless situations, some of them comical. As before, the soundtrack is composed of the songs that appear on side A of the album Help!, so we have the album and the film with the same sound format, with only minor differences between the English and American versions.

Returning to the song "Help," this piece was composed by the Lennon/McCartney duo, although it was mostly written by John Lennon. It features George on lead guitar, Paul on bass, John on rhythm guitar, and Ringo on drums. And of course, the vocal harmonies are very well structured and defined. In my opinion, it's a very common vocal ensemble for them, and personally, the ending is one of the best I've ever heard from them—a kind of harmonious and majestic vocal fide out, simply brilliant. I love it!

Phrases or lines from the song itself, such as "Help me if you can, I appreciate you being here" or "My independence seems to be fading into the mists," reflect the difficult time Lennon was going through at that time, and in a way, they reflect what many of us feel and experience during low points in our lives, and ultimately, in everyday life.

Like many other songs by the band, this track was released as a single before the album itself, to promote the record. It reached number 1 on the Billboard charts in the last week of July 1965 and remained there until September of that year, with McCartney's "I'm Down" as the B-side.

The video we see here is a clip-style format that came out around that time, which many music critics say was the precursor to MTV in the 80s. Well, my beautiful and dear people, I hope you enjoyed this humble review, written simply and with my own input, about this immortal classic. See you soon, and we'll read each other again. A big hug.

The Beatles have stood the test of time; my father listened to them a lot—a band whose songs incorporated real-life events, taking them to another level.
