COCO.- Animated movie to enjoy with the family

Today in the morning I enjoy with my girl Daniela, one of her favorite movies is Coco. Lying in our room we enjoy this magnificent movie.

This movie tells the story of a boy named Miguel who loved music, his biggest dream was to be like his favorite Singer Ernesto de la Cruz, but his family hated music. That happened long before he was born that Mama Imelda (Tatarabuela) banned music in her family after her husband abandoned her for getting her dream. She had to get her daughter Coco forward alone, with the economic activity making shoes, that tradition was given from generation to generation.

The story continues in which he begins to celebrate the Day of the Dead, it is a tradition that is found in the family to prepare an altar and place the photos of their loved ones who have already left and offer their favorite foods and other offerings, to remain their memories in lives, because even if they are gone, they are in another world to remain there must be present in the earthly world their memories. While Miguel went to the square to bolar shoes, in that he tells a musician his story and tells him that if he wants to be like his idol he must not hide his talented and participate in the Day of the Dead contest that will be given in Square.

That is where his grandmother arrives and begins to insult the musician who moves away from him, because it has nothing to do with anything to do with his music, he goes home. The grandmother says to accompany him to the altar and teaches him that THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THE FAMILY . In that he stays with Great Grandmother MAMA COCO, suddenly Dante a street dog that Miguel has moves the table and knocks down the closeup that is on the altar of the family offering, in that photo is Mama Imelda and Coco, but when breaking the portrait he notices that there is another person in that photo, but his face was broken, in that he observes that he has a guitar very similar to that of his idol Ernesto de la Cruz, seeing that he asks Mama Coco if Ernesto de la Cruz was his father. Mama Coco, being an older woman with a disease called Alzheimer's, just sees the picture, remember that she is her family and her father is there. Miguel excited to see that his great-grandmother tells him that he is his great-grandfather, goes to his hiding place and compares the photo with an old album he has and verifies that it is the same Guitar. He leaves Happy and says that he will be a musician shouting at 4 winds without fear of his family. But his grandmother gets angry, the guitar breaks and all the things you had hidden that were related to music.

He with anger runs away from the family and goes to the square and decides to participate in the competitions, but tells him that he must bring his instruments, having no starts asking for a guitar player, nobody lends him one, remember that in the cemetery is the Guitar of his great great grandfather Ernesto de la Cruz.

He borrows it, but when it sounds, he passes into a lateral world that cannot be seen by the living, he can see the living and the dead. In that he scares, he runs away, and meets his dead family, they decide to take him to his great grandmother Mama Imelda who could not move into the world of the living. He and his dog Dante as he enters the Death Threshold, begins to know a world where all the people are dead and remembered by their living relatives. He finds his Mama Imelda and an inspector tells him they are bewitched, to return to the world of the living he must receive his family's blessing before dawn. His great-great grandmother is going to give him the blessing with the condition that he forgets music, but Miguel does not accept that condition and runs away from his family. Dante guides him to a man who finds himself already in the finals because the only relative is forgetting him, he makes a deal with Miguel to find Ernesto de la Cruz if he places his photo on the altar.

From there Miguel begins an adventure of how to find his great-great-grandfather, discovers life after death and understands everything, the important thing that living people remember him to the dead realizes that they cease to exist on that plane. In that you get a musician contest and the winner will go to the party that Ernesto de la Cruz performs every year. Miguel and Hector see that it is an opportunity, it makes for the child to sing, but Miguel tells him that he has never climbed a stage, hector tells him that he will then sing, but Miguel insists that he must participate to know if he is a singer. Hector orients him tells him what he has to do. Then he calls Miguel on stage but does not start, he is afraid but Hector encourages him to trust him, there is Miguel starts singing the audience is encouraged. At the end he notices that his family is looking for him among the public. He escapes again, Hector chases him and realizes that Miguel has more family, tells him that he is a liar. Miguel throws the photo of Hector begins the search alone of Tatarabuelo.

Miguel arrives at the party and manages to graduating, being able to find his great grandfather gives him his blessing, finds him and tells him that his family does not want him to be a musician, that he needs his blessing to return to the world of the living, to be able to sing for the world. At the moment that de la Cruz is going to give him his blessing, Hector arrives and tells Miguel of his treatment to take his photo, he tells de de la Cruz that they would do it for their friendship. In that Miguel remembers a very famous film of the Cross "Back to his house" where Don Hidalgo poison his best friend by giving him a toast saying the words "He would move the earth heaven for you my friend." Hector begins to remember what happened and realizes that de la Cruz poisoned him, he did not let him return home with his family. De la Cruz calls his guards and tells him to lock him up, and Miguel does the same. Miguel and Hector are in a well and he says he wanted to return to the World of the Living to see his Little Daughter Coco again and sing the song he wrote for her "Remember Me", in that Miguel realizes that Hector is his Great-great-grandfather, shows you the photo where his mother Imelda and her little daughter Coco are. They get happy knowing they are families.

In that comes Mama Imelda with her alebrijes and rescues them both. Imelda angry even with Hector tells him that he does not forgive him, but Miguel makes his great-great-grandmother in conscience that the important thing is the family he has the right to see his daughter again, he tells her why he could not return home. Imelda says that it helps to find his picture, enters the theater where he presented himself from the Cross, they try to steal Hector's photo, but in that he unmasks de de la Cruz in public in which he stole his songs. It is dawn and Miguel must obtain the blessing of his family but he did not want to leave without the photo, he realizes that his tarabuelo is disappearing because Coco is forgetting it. But he must come back because it is dawning, Imelda and Hector gives his blessing and tells him to never forget the people who love him.

Miguel returns to the world of the living, runs to his grandmother Coco is locked with her, begins to sing and his whole family realizes that Coco begins to remember the song and sing it, and begins to recover his memories and know that he is next to his family. In that coco shows them that she kept hidden in a drawer the photo that her mother broke from her father and the letters that her father sent her with the lyrics of each song Hector wrote.

So everyone realized that the author of the songs was Hector, from that moment he placed the photo of Hector in the family offering. The end comes Miguel telling his little sister how important his family has them to stay in the world of the dead with his memories, he shows the photo of each of his relatives. Then he goes out to the family dinner, everyone goes out tasting with Miguel and the soul of his dead relatives together, watching them enjoy Miguel's songs that he could achieve his dream….

This is an animated movie, which within its plot you can enjoy comedy, drama, musical fantasy and very colorful that children and adults can enjoy. This was distributed by Walt Disney Pictures and directed by Lee Unrich, in 2017, the whole story was showing Mexican culture in days of the dead, to its streets, clothes and even historical figures of this country, as Cantiflas, Jorgue Negrete , Pedro Infante and others that accompanies this great movie.

Analysis

This is a very beautiful movie to watch as a family, where you can enjoy several scenarios, very colorful images, and in turn shows us the importance of family, traditions, memories and dreams. This movie makes us take into account family love, how important support, affection, is family living, which is one of the things we must have first, eliminate material things and spend time with our parents, brothers, sons, uncles, cousins, nephews. In today's world, family life is disappearing from our homes due to the entry of technology, very little sharing tables together at breakfast, lunch or dinner, telling their stories, or family problems or advice. , we are increasingly entering the network either on computers or on the phone, we focus only on this, we forget what is around us. We must return to this family traditions to always have that they are first that for each moment there is a time. In turn, it teaches that we should not put aside our dreams, that we are able to realize them that no matter the size we are young or old, rich or poor we can achieve it, there are no limitations but we ourselves must only fight for them and trust in ourselves, and always present the support and love of our family

In addition, they showed another plane where our family members who are not with we reflect that on that day of the Dead that I have celebrated in different ways in each country, region or culture they return to us and visit us, that as long as their memories are alive they will be guiding us, this movie despite being very nice to see her reminds me of my relatives that they are no longer with me especially my father Cecilio Muñoz who is barely a year after his death, likewise my Uncle Nelson (my father's brother) who in life was like another Father of We who left this world two months after the death of my father.
