You always have to ..Seize your moment De la Cruz
Isn't it amazing to chase your dreams?, To look up to someone and always want to be like them. For me I have tons of people I look up to, both on Hive and in the real world and I know how much joy it brings to have that person recognize you and give you praise.
There was no way I wasn't going to watch this movie again. It's very very relatable and it actually gives me a certain drive to keep going and to always remember the importance of family. That's why when I saw it in my friend's phone, I had to get it asap and like it was coincidence I was thinking of writing yet another animation review and isn't it great to have coco come to my rescue??!!

The movie CoCo is an animated fantasy film directed by Lee Unkrich. Pixar Animation Studios were responsible for producing the movie while Walt Disney Pictures did the releasing.
It was released on November 22, 2017 in the United States and it runs for 105 worthy minutes. It stars the voices of Anthony Gonzalez, Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt, Alanna Ubach, Renée Victor, Ana Ofelia Murguía and Edward James Olmos.
The movie has received a lot of positive reviews including a 97% from Rotten Tomatoes. It was praised for telling a great story and also received a number of awards including being nominated as the best Animation movie for 2017 by the board. It had a budget of $175–225 million but after being released it bagged $807.8 million in box office!.
Plot
It tells the story of a 12 year old boy who in a bid to chase his dreams against his family wishes ends up being trapped in the land of the dead. Time there makes him to discover that there's nothing as beautiful has the love of family.
He has to go through a series of adventures, mixed with beautiful music and a spice of deception and rejection. Whenever things get though and you feel like giving up, you'll be surprised how much music can lift you up.
I'll be sharing with you some of the most important casts in the movie.
Miguel
He's at the center of it all, a young protagonist who's always had a passion for music. Finds himself being inspired by one of the best musicians of all time. His determination to chase his dreams leads him into danger.
But no matter how much danger he's presented with, he's always being saved by the ones who love him. This character is a beautiful one, he expresses love easily and gives his all into what he loves the most.
Abuelita
Her love for her mother and her zeal to ensure that her family stays in one piece pushes her to be over protective. She becomes a stumbling block to a young lads dreams and even went as far as making him take drastic decision.
We could see how much she wanted to see her family happy and she was willing to do anything to see that happen even if it meant breaking things.
De la Cruz
He wore the mask of deception so we'll that anyone could easily had fallen for his ways. His drive to achieve a big dreams moves him to seize the moment even if it meant him ending the moment for another.
He shows a strong willed mind, one which is capable of doing anything just to be at the top. Everyone loves him, he knows that and he makes himself become a god that people worship.
I loved what they did with this character and I must say I was fooled.
Hector
This character was actually a sad one, he'd been through so much just because he wanted to see his dream come through. He's so much happy doing the thing he loves the most. He loved his family so much but he actually let his dream push him far away.
He's an helpless character, one who's the victim and still hated. He'd easily become the laughing stock of others and even in his lifelessness he's still made to pay for his silly mistake untill he finds help.
Mama Imelda
A strong willed woman, who's willing to do anything for family. Even though she was hurt, she didn't let it bring her down, she pushed and shaped the family into what it became.
This character actually gave room for others to go on living, she set the pace for her daughter and grand daughter to follow, every one loved her but no one wanted to get on her bad side because she'd do anything for family.
Despite her hard demeanor she still longed to be loved, to be kissed by the one she gave her heart to.
My favorite Scene
Well, this is arguably the most enjoyable scene for almost anyone who's watched this movie. The song never left my mouth, hehe, and i remember it going viral in this part of the world, who wouldn't love it.
My take on the movie
This movie can not ever stop receiving praises. I'm a lover of animation but I'm a lover of good stories too. This one told a pretty amazing one about love, family and music, it combined everything so we'll with lessons to learn.
I loved how they merged the Mexican culture with English, it gave me goosebumps to see them use phrases that I couldn't understand but they sounded so beautiful that I could lick them. They actually made me appreciate the wonderful cultures of the Mexicans and even want to go there in real life.
The movie was a 103 minutes of quality fun and like any normal Animation it blended nice music into it. The music wasn't unnecessary and it actually said a lot, especially with the way they used the Mexican language. If I were to rate it, I'll give it a 9/10 without stress.

¿No es increíble perseguir tus sueños?, admirar a alguien y querer ser siempre como ellos. En mi caso, tengo montones de personas a las que admiro, tanto en Hive como en el mundo real, y sé la alegría que supone que esa persona te reconozca y te alabe.
Es imposible que no vuelva a ver esta película. Es muy fácil de entender y me da un cierto impulso para seguir adelante y recordar siempre la importancia de la familia. Por eso cuando la vi en el teléfono de mi amigo, tuve que conseguirla cuanto antes y como si fuera una coincidencia estaba pensando en escribir otra crítica de animación y ¿no es genial que coco venga a mi rescate?

Argumento

Tiene que pasar por una serie de aventuras, mezcladas con una hermosa música y un condimento de engaño y rechazo. Siempre que las cosas se pongan feas y tengas ganas de rendirte, te sorprenderá lo mucho que la música puede levantarte.
Voy a compartir con ustedes algunos de los elencos más importantes de la película.
Miguel
Es el centro de todo, un joven protagonista que siempre ha tenido pasión por la música. Se encuentra inspirado por uno de los mejores músicos de todos los tiempos. Su determinación de perseguir sus sueños le lleva a correr peligro.
Pero por mucho peligro que se le presente, siempre le salvan los que le quieren. Este personaje es muy bonito, expresa el amor con facilidad y lo da todo en lo que más quiere.
Abuelita
Su amor por su madre y su afán por conseguir que su familia se mantenga de una pieza la empuja a ser sobreprotectora. Se convierte en un obstáculo para los sueños de un joven e incluso llega a hacerle tomar decisiones drásticas.
Pudimos ver lo mucho que quería ver a su familia feliz y estaba dispuesta a hacer cualquier cosa para que eso sucediera, incluso si significaba romper cosas.
De la Cruz
Llevaba la máscara del engaño por lo que cualquiera podría haber caído fácilmente en sus formas. Su afán por conseguir un gran sueño le mueve a aprovechar el momento aunque signifique acabar con él por otro.
Muestra una mente fuerte, capaz de hacer cualquier cosa con tal de estar en la cima. Todo el mundo le quiere, él lo sabe y se convierte en un dios al que la gente adora.
Me encantó lo que hicieron con este personaje y debo decir que me engañó.
Hector
Este personaje era realmente triste, ha pasado por mucho sólo por querer ver su sueño realizado. Es muy feliz haciendo lo que más le gusta. Quería tanto a su familia pero en realidad dejó que su sueño lo alejara.
Es un personaje indefenso, que es la víctima y sigue siendo odiado. Se convertiría fácilmente en el hazmerreír de los demás e incluso en su falta de vida se le hace pagar por su tonto error hasta que encuentre ayuda.
Mamá Imelda
Una mujer de fuerte voluntad, que está dispuesta a hacer cualquier cosa por la familia. A pesar de haber sido herida, no dejó que eso la derrumbara, sino que empujó y dio forma a la familia hasta convertirla en lo que era.
Este personaje dejó espacio para que otros siguieran viviendo, marcó el ritmo para que su hija y su nieta siguieran, todos la querían pero nadie quería ponerse en su contra porque ella haría cualquier cosa por la familia.
A pesar de su duro comportamiento seguía anhelando ser amada, ser besada por aquel a quien le entregó su corazón.
Mi escena favorita
Bueno, esta es posiblemente la escena que más ha gustado a casi todos los que han visto esta película. La canción nunca se me fue de la boca, jeje, y recuerdo que se hizo viral en esta parte del mundo, a quién no le iba a encantar.
Mi opinión sobre la película
Esta película no puede dejar de recibir elogios. Soy un amante de la animación pero también de las buenas historias. Esta contaba una bastante increíble sobre el amor, la familia y la música, combinaba todo para que tuviéramos lecciones que aprender.
Me encantó cómo fusionaron la cultura mexicana con el inglés, me puso la piel de gallina ver cómo usaban frases que no podía entender pero que sonaban tan bonitas que podía lamerlas. Realmente me hicieron apreciar las maravillosas culturas de los mexicanos e incluso querer ir allí en la vida real.
La película fueron 103 minutos de diversión de calidad y como cualquier animación normal mezcló música agradable en ella. La música no era innecesaria y realmente decía mucho, especialmente con la forma en que utilizaban el idioma mexicano. Si tuviera que calificarla, le daría un 9/10 sin estrés.
