I hadn't published in this community for several days, and I thought it would be the best thing to come back with this Netflix movie, called "The White Tiger", where we meet Balram Halwai (Adarsh Gourav), a driver from a rich and powerful family who fights to get out of poverty and shows us how to do it in this country with few opportunities.
Tenía varios días sin publicar en esta comunidad, y pensé que sería lo más indicado volver con esta película de Netflix, llamada "Tigre Blanco", en donde conocemos a Balram Halwai (Adarsh Gourav), un chofer de una familia rica y poderosa que lucha por salir de la pobreza y nos muestra como hacerlo en este país con pocas oportunidades.
Based on the homonymous novel by Aravind Adiga "The White Tiger", which is a direct criticism (both the novel and the film) of the political, economic and social inequality that exists in this country.
Basada en la novela homónima de Aravind Adiga "The White Tiger", la cual es una critica directa (tanto la novela como la pelicula) a la desigualdad política, económica y social que se vive en este país.
The film has been well received by the public that has seen it, since its story is very interesting and shows that dark part that nobody talks about in India, and how horrible the families of this place are (which is a very sacred subject for the customs of India).
La película ha sido bien recibida por el público que lo ha visto, ya que su historia es muy interesante y muestra esa parte oscura de la que nadie habla de la india, y lo horrible que son las propias familias de este lugar (Lo cual es un tema muy sagrado para las costumbres de la India).
Here we also meet Pinky Madam who is played by Priyanka Chopra (who has the lead in the new Amazon series "Citadel"), Pinky is the wife of Ashok Shah (Rajkummar Rao), scion of one of the richest and most powerful families in the country, and both have an important role in this film.
Aquí también conocemos a Pinky Madam quien es interpretada por Priyanka Chopra (quien tiene el protagónico de la nueva serie de Amazon "Citadel"), Pinky es la esposa de Ashok Shah (Rajkummar Rao), descendiente de una de las familias mas ricas y poderosas del país, y ambos tienen un papel importante en esta película.
With a good story, a good cast and a satisfying ending, "The White Tiger" earns an important place in the best Indian-set movies I've seen, Balram's interesting story is something worth watching.
Con una buena historia, un buen elenco y con un final satisfactorio, "El Tigre Blanco" se gana un puesto importante en las mejores película ambientadas en la India que he visto, la interesante historia de Balram es algo que vale la pena ver.
