We're less than 14 days from Christmas, and you've probably got some time off from work. Why not stay inside and curl up on the couch with your family for some holiday movies? With Countdown to Christmas I want to share my ideas for Christmas movies that are perfect to watch with the whole family.

The Santa Clause trilogy is a set of three live-action films and a tv show ("The Santa Clauses" - 2022) starring Tim Allen. The movies follow the story of Scott Calvin, a man who accidentally becomes Santa Claus and then has to deal with the consequences. The first movie, The Santa Clause, was released in 1994 and was a huge success. It was followed by two sequels, The Santa Clause 2 and 3, which were also successful. The movies are all family-friendly and have a lot of holiday cheer. They are great for anyone who loves Christmas movies.

The trilogy is popular because they tell the story of how Santa Claus came to be. The movies are filled with magic, excitement, and humor, which appeals to both children and adults. In addition, the movies offer a positive message about the power of belief and offer several key lessons about Christmas. The first movie in the series, "The Santa Clause", teaches us that Santa Claus is not just a fictional character – he is real, and he can be anyone willing to take on the role just like Saint Nicholas.

The second movie, "The Santa Clause 2", shows us that everyone needs help sometimes, and it is okay to ask. Finally, in "The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause", we learn that Christmas is about more than just receiving gifts – it is also about giving back to others. These are all important lessons that can help make our holiday season more enjoyable and meaningful. These movies are perfect for getting into the holiday spirit, and they're also great for families to watch together.

Let our children not grow up in a terrible world. Together we can make it better. It is our destiny to suffer from the past, to long for the future, but to forget the present.
