The third and final part of this story had a crappy beginning. Part 2 ended with the main character, a teenage girl with bionic improvements, and the doctor that saved her life, in a casino. The reason they are there is that they discovered that the person who attempted to murder the girl, hid information about his crimes inside the most valuable casino ships that he controls.
The girl and the doctor want to have access to this information so they can neutralize this criminal once and for all. In order to make a lot of money, the girl will use the help of the special being that usually has the form of a mouse but can actually take the form of pretty much every inanimate subject, such as the guns the girl uses when fighting or a fancy glove to wear while at the casino so this being can analyze everything and help them win more casino chips.
Once they left the casino, it was time to start fixing wrongs from the past. Let's remember this girl was the victim of horrible crimes and she wants to make things right with her last aggressor. Sadly, the final fight against a man who also has bionic improvements wasn't as spectacular as I was hoping.
What I didn't like about the movie was the fact half of its length was inside the casino playing blackjack as well as some mind games that weren't very entertaining. There was no intensity even though the girl was very focused due to her goal to prove herself and her skills. The dialogues lacked depth and the decision making of the character was also questionable.
Unlike the second movie, this one didn't provide us with more information about the crazy technologies that exist in this fictional world. The film felt heavy and slow, unlike the first 2 that were interesting and even exciting. A good thing but this was to be expected, was the quality of the animation and the unique use of colors to provide this anime with some cool style.
If you like anime and scifi, this trilogy is good, especially the first 2 movies. It would probably be better to skip the third one and just try to imagine a somewhat generic ending instead.

- The animation is of good quality.
- The world is very original and unique.
The worst
- The poker scene from the beginning lasted too much, almost half an hour! And included some silly dialogues that added little to the story.
