This movie is a very original take in a scifi situation that is very well-known for most movie fans. I don't remember seeing a good comedy with scifi elements in the past so the combination of genres and the excellent final results make this one of the coolest films of recent months. The fact that a lot of cool movies haven't been released due to the pandemic certainly helps this film earn some extra recognition.
The setting is the following one, a bunch of people are staying in the same place because there is a huge wedding so the reunion includes a lot of friends and family members. In the first few minutes, there are a lot of sex scenes and dialogues typical of this type of movie, but just when the movie appears to be getting generic, something crazy happens. I won't spoil the surprise but the reaction from a female character when this happened seemed authentic enough.
Very close to where the wedding is being held a crazy thing exists that can change the life of everyone that discovers it, not necessarily for the best but I guess it depends on the person. It provides a lot of reasons to become a hedonist for those that discover this crazy thing, and this is the case with the main character.
The film scenography is very nice, and the performances from the cast were awesome. There are several scenes where a character needed to act very surprisedly and this was properly portrayed, especially by the main female character.
The dialogues were good enough for a comedy but this isn't a masterpiece from the comedy genre. The best thing about the film is how it combines genres. It is like a silly comedy with a scifi twist. There is also a bit of action from a rogue character
If you enjoy romantic comedies and scifi then this movie might very well be the perfect combination of those genres. Since it is not an entirely serious film you might catch a plot hole or 2, but the fact is this provides good entertainment for the viewers and a very original take in this scifi situation.

- The first scene I guess was never explained? Although that must have been related to the cave.
