The Tinder swindler is the only documentary movie I can remember, thus, my favorite one. The movie illustrated how ladies fall victim a lot of times in search of love and a lot of ladies are Still making such mistakes falling in love with a fraudster who appears to be their kind of man. Let me give you a little details about the movie "The Tinder swindler".

Every lady wants love, most importantly meeting a guy who's up to their taste of man. Simon, a tinder user, had just that exact taste, but what ladies didn't know at first was that he was a fraudster who swindles girls, collects their money, lives a luxurious life, and spends it on another lady whom afterward he swindles and the circle continues. Different girls knew him with a different name, but his method of swindling remained the same "promise of love, make you feel important, tell you he is being chased, get money from you and put you on debt with the promise of paying back, until you realized you've being scammed, when it is too late.
People believe one can find true love on social media, some do, but many others fall victim to a fraudster who gives them the kind of world they dream of for a short time then suffer afterward.

That's what a swindler does, lie. The kind of fairytale love is rare, it never happens on social media, anything that looks like it may possibly be a fraud. The movie is relevant in this technological age where the internet is most cherished, we meet people everyday online and trust them at the very instance. Sometimes we are left to pay for our wrong decisions just because we were too quick to believe something so extraordinary can happen to us from a social handle.

He kept swindling girls who wanted to invest in something they believe they've got-true love. "What's $100,000 for a man who's this wealthy?" Those were their thoughts judging from how he lived and the lies which he had told them about himself, He was a different person to different people. "A book is not judged by its cover" is one popular saying, because a lot of times people aren't who they appear to be and we have allowed what we see to deceive or convinced us to accept it as it is.

But nothing lasts forever, "our actions prompts reaction" was Simon's favorite quote and it caught up with him. Imagine a swindler being swindled, yes, that's what happened, we face the consequences of our actions and most often it comes unexpectedly. The Tinder swindler is a documentary movie that's put to help us stay safe and not become victims of a fraudster. The girls whom Simon swindled lived their life paying debts they never enjoyed. They have made the mistake of trusting a fraudster because he was just the perfect man.

Caution anything that looks too real is the message in this movie. Simon knew the perfect thing to say in every situation, and it was hard to figure out who he really was, he had everything planned out and he waited until it was the perfect time to rip from his victims.

Look before you leap, the wood may be weak and will give way if you step on it. The movie may be speaking to ladies who are in search of love on social media but it also covers lessons about life, to be careful about who we trust at all times. The best person you know is yourself, every other person is a suspect and thus, you need to look before you leap else you would keep paying for your mistake your whole life.

Simon moved on after 5 months in prison and is still doing well but his victims suffered a huge loss which they're still paying till today. The sentence "I love you" is not true from everyone's mouth, a lot of people have used it as a tool to bankrupt their victims. Be wise, is the message from this movie, and only until you've gained wisdom would you survive this era we are in.
