¡Hola amigos! Bienvenidos una vez más a leerme divagar sobre las series y películas que miro. En el día de hoy les vengo a hablar de una película que seguro vieron muchos por acá y ahora llego mi turno de verla. Avatar 2: el camino del agua.
Hello friends! Welcome once again to read me ramble on about the series and movies I watch. Today I'm going to talk about a movie that I'm sure many of you have seen here and now it's my turn to watch it. Avatar 2: The Way of Water.

Esta película la vi en el cine con una amiga el 30 de diciembre. Fue casi improvisado todo, las dos nos queríamos ver antes de que termine el año y hacía mucho no íbamos al cine así que se armó el plan. Fuimos a verla y les diría que fue como cerrar el círculo. La primera película de Avatar fue mi primera película en 3D, allá por el año 2009. Después de esa vez no volví a verla. No por falta de interés porque me había gustado, pero bueno, cosas que pasan. Fui a ver esta segunda parte sin acordarme de muchas cosas, más que lo básico, pero por suerte no fue difícil agarrarle el hilo. Así que pude disfrutar de volver a este mundo tan mágico y encantador. A mi amiga le pasó lo mismo. Lo que no teníamos muy claro se iba resolviendo sobre la marcha, a medida que avanzaba la trama. Ahora bien, pasemos a hablar sobre esta segunda parte.
I saw this movie at the cinema with a friend on December 30. It was almost improvised, we both wanted to see each other before the end of the year and we hadn't been to the movies for a long time, so we made the plan. We went to see it and I would say that it was like closing the circle. The first Avatar movie was my first 3D movie, back in 2009. After that time I never saw it again. Not for lack of interest because I liked it, but well, things happen. I went to see this second part without remembering many things, more than the basics, but luckily it was not difficult to grasp the thread. So I was able to enjoy going back to this magical and enchanting world. The same thing happened to my friend. What we weren't quite clear about was resolved as we went along, as the plot progressed. Now then, let's move on to talk about this second part.

Los Na'vi vivían su vida pacíficamente con los humanos que quedaron en las tierras de Pandora después de aquella primera invasión. Sin embargo, eso se acaba cuando de nuevo vuelven a ese planeta buscando apropiarse de él y sus recursos ya que la Tierra está por morirse. Además, el Coronel Miles junto con su escuadrón busca vengarse de Jake Sully, el cabo que lo traicionó y se alió con los Na'vi, convirtiéndose en uno a través de la unión con su propio avatar. Con la particularidad de que el Coronel y su equipo también vuelven en forma de avatares. Al ser perseguidos por él, Jake se da cuenta de que la tribu de la que es el líder no está a salvo y decide llevarse a su familia con él a un nuevo territorio. Así terminan junto con las tribus del agua en los arrecifes. Ahora tienen que adaptarse a su nueva vida y tratar de encajar con los demás, pero a los más jóvenes se les hace difícil y no tardan en llegar los problemas. Mientras tanto, el coronel Miles también está adaptándose a su cuerpo y entorno, y sigue en la búsqueda de Jake Sully. Hasta que lo encuentra y la batalla comienza de nuevo con consecuencias terribles.
The Na'vi lived their lives peacefully with the humans left on the lands of Pandora after that first invasion. However, that ends when they return to that planet again seeking to appropriate it and its resources since the Earth is about to die. In addition, Colonel Miles along with his squad seek revenge on Jake Sully, the corporal who betrayed him and allied with the Na'vi, becoming one through union with his own avatar. With the particularity that the Colonel and his team also return in the form of avatars. Being chased by him, Jake realizes that the tribe he is the leader of is not safe and decides to take his family with him to new territory. Thus they end up along with the water tribes on the reefs. Now they have to adjust to their new life and try to fit in with the others, but the younger ones find it difficult and problems soon appear. Meanwhile, Colonel Miles is also adjusting to his body and environment, and continues to search for Jake Sully. Him until he finds it and the battle begins anew with dire consequences.
Opinión - Opinion
Quiero empezar diciendo que al principio estaba un poco confusa porque hacía mucho que había visto la primera parte y no me acordaba de muchos datos. Aparte esa primera media hora el tiempo pasaba muy rápido y había varias cosas para procesar. Pero a medida que iba transcurriendo todo ya me empecé a centrar en la trama actual de lo que estaba ocurriendo en Pandora.
I want to start by saying that at first I was a bit confused because I had seen the first part a long time ago and I didn't remember many details. Apart from that first half hour, time passed very quickly and there were several things to process. But as everything was happening, I began to focus on the current plot of what was happening on Pandora.
Sin embargo, sí creo que cuando pasamos a la parte de las islas del arrecife y conocimos a la nueva tribu, sus costumbres, su flora y fauna local sentí que volvíamos a empezar. Era otra introducción. No me molestó, me gustó ver todo aquello. Pero quisiera que en futuras secuelas se enfocara más en otros aspectos. También sentí que siempre terminamos en lo mismo. Aunque el principal motor del coronel Miles sea vengarse de Jake Sully, se supone que la misión principal de los humanos en ese lugar es colonizar a los nativos. Pero no vemos estás partes, ni cómo se desarrolla.
However, I do believe that when we went to the part of the islands of the reef and we met the new tribe, their customs, their local flora and fauna, I felt that we were starting again. It was another introduction. It didn't bother me, I liked seeing all that. But I would like future sequels to focus more on other aspects. I also felt that we always end up in the same thing. Although Colonel Miles's main motive is to get revenge on Jake Sully, the main mission of the humans in that place is supposed to be to colonize the natives. But we do not see these parts, nor how it develops.
Cuando dejaron la selva para buscar un lugar seguro y no perjudicar a la comunidad se sintió como si con el hecho de irse se acabarán los conflictos allí y creo que está lejos de suceder. Me gustaría ver más de estos enfrentamientos y también el momento en que se den cuenta que, en todo caso, hay que convivir y no querer doblegar o destruir a la otra especie. Creo que estoy pidiendo mucho igual jajaja, esas cosas no pasan en la vida real y quiero que ocurran en la ficción.
When they left the jungle to find a safe place and not harm the community, they felt as if leaving would end the conflicts there and I think that is far from happening. I would like to see more of these confrontations and also the moment when they realize that, in any case, you have to live together and not want to break or destroy the other species. I think I'm asking for a lot of the same hahaha, those things don't happen in real life and I want them to happen in fiction.
De todos modos como película de entretenimiento la disfruté mucho, me gustaron los nuevos personajes, la animación es siempre hermosa de ver. Los sonidos y melodías particulares de escuchar. Por supuesto que encontré momentos emotivos como para lagrimear un poco porque así soy. Mi deseo es que esta vez de verdad no se tarden tantos años en sacar más secuelas de la película, así que veremos qué ocurre porque tuvo un final que da para más y ojalá puedan seguir explotando este mundo que siento que todavía tiene muchas cosas para mostrarnos.

Anyway as an entertainment movie I enjoyed it a lot, I liked the new characters, the animation is always beautiful to watch. The particular sounds and melodies to listen to. Of course I found emotional moments to tear up a bit because that's who I am. My wish is that this time it really doesn't take so many years to get more sequels to the movie, so we'll see what happens because it had an ending that makes for more and hopefully they can continue to exploit this world that I feel still has a lot to show us.
