For some weird reasons, these past few days, I have been feeling bored of everything, just being indoor laying on my bed, thankfully, a friend of mine told me he has got a lot of movies and I decided that since I have been feeling bored for a while now, getting movies to keep me busy isn't such a bad idea.
So, I got close to eighteen movies but, out of all, "Day Shift" caught my attention. At first, the title of the movie made me feel like the movie was going to be a waste of my time, so I had thought of saving it for the last but today, I decided to just get a glimpse of what the movie looked like and I was amazed at the characters, humor, and scenes put together. Although it has got some bloody scenes that almost made me throw my phone away but its funny scene made it worthwhile.

Bud Jablonski who happens to be a hardworking dad uses a boring pool-cleaning job as a front for his real hunting and killing vampires in a bid to provide for his daughter and maintain a connection with her to keep his wife Jacelyn Jablonski from taking her away from him.
Given seven days to get the money that will be used to meet her needs, decides to meet his friend Big John and his once partner who together did the hunting down and killing of vampires before he was suspended from the group.
He resorts to getting the money by hunting and killing vampires, cutting off their teeth, and selling them to gain money but unfortunately got caught up and endangered his life and that of his family when he killed the daughter of a strong and wicked vampire who at that time had plans of taking over the city so vampires could move and hunt during the day also.
Audrey's quest to revenge for her daughter's death pushed her to kidnap Bud's daughter and wife and also transform Bud's new partner Seth who was assigned by their boss to watch every action and report to him if he goes against the rules of the management.
Big John, Bud, Seth, and Heather who also was transformed by Audrey against her will goes out to save Bud's wife and daughter and at the end of the day, killed all the vampires that were present and got back his wife and daughter.
The movie isn't just suspense filled but got so much humor that could crack anyone up, especially Bud who happens to be the main actor.
Create time to watch it and you won't regret you did spare your time for that.
