If we talk about anime movies, I honestly say that I am not a big fan, but there are some exceptions when it comes to this genre and even more if we are talking about the wonderful and incredible work of director Makoto Shinkai, since his amazing work always stands out and surprises a lot with all the movies he has made. And thinking carefully about all the anime movies that I like, almost all of them are by director Makoto. In recent days, I have seen the most recent movie that makoto has made and I can say that I have added it to my list of anime movies that fascinate me, it is a very short list that includes movies like your name and Belle, and now I will add this one of suzume since it is a fascinating movie because of its plot, the very realistic and detailed image quality and the soundtrack that is extremely memorable. I can say that makoto shinkai is like the Christopher nolan of Japanese cinema.

Suzume is a fascinating film because it deals with a theme that is quite recurrent nowadays. The plot focuses on a 16 year old girl who is in the middle of a millenary conflict between good and evil, between an order of protectors called the locksmiths and an agent of chaos that creates different types of natural disasters, Suzume is in the middle of this millenary struggle when she meets a boy named Souta, who looks for doors in places where natural disasters have occurred to close them and prevent a creature from the beyond, a world where the living can not be, this monster causes earthquakes and floods and different types of natural disasters.Suzume and Souta's life is so mixed up that together they must save all of Japan from an immense disaster that is coming, an avenger level disaster 😂.

Si hablamos de películas anime, honestamente digo que no soy un gran fan, pero hay cierta exepciones cuando se trata de esta género y más si estamos hablando del maravilloso e increíble trabajo de director Makoto Shinkai, ya que su asombroso trabajo destaca siempre y sorprende muchísimo con todas las películas que ha hecho. Y pensando detenidamente en todas las películas de anime que me gustan casi todas son del director Makoto. En dias pasados, he visto la más reciente película que ha hecho makoto y puedo decir que la he agregado a mi lista de películas de anime que me fascinan, es una lista muy reducida que incluye a películas como your name y Belle, y que ahora añadiré esta de suzume ya que es una película fascinante por su trama, la calidad de imagen muy realista y detallada y la banda sonora que es sumamente memorable. Puedo decir que makoto shinkai es como el Christopher nolan del cine japonés.

Suzume es una película fascinante porque trata un tema que es bastante recurrente hoy en día. la trama se enfoca en una chica de 16 años que queda en medio de un conflicto milenario entre el bien y el mal, entre una orden de protectores llamados los cerrajeros y un agente del caos que crea distintos tipos de desastres naturales, Suzume queda en medio de esta lucha milenaria cuando conoce a un chico llamado Souta, que busca puertas en lugares donde han ocurrido desastres naturales para cerrarlas e impedir que salga una criatura del mas alla, un mundo donde los vivos no pueden estar, este moustro causa temblores e inundaciones y diferentes tipos de desastres naturales. La vida de suzume y Souta queda tan mezclada que juntos deben salvar a todo Japón de un inmenso desastre que se avecina, un desastre nivel vengador 😂.
Now, what is my opinion about this Japanese film by director makoto shinkai, I think it is a true work of art because this director captures in his film something that is very recurrent in Japan which are the tremors and earthquakes or natural disasters such as floods or tsunamis, but the most interesting thing is that the director makoto tries to give a mystical sense to these natural disasters and tries to humanize the work of someone who saves everyone from danger.
It's like telling a story to give hope to a child or to give a logical sense of light to a natural disaster, that's why this film is extremely fascinating, it's catching the idea that shows when I saw it I remembered a lot of the stories that grandparents tell about legends and myths of Venezuela regarding the indigenous people and how they are closely related to nature.
Also, as I mentioned at the beginning, I highlight the wonderful work of the director Makoto in terms of animation, usually when we see anime these are made in a very flat or unrealistic way. But it is incredible how this Japanese director details very well many things in his productions, in another film like your name also highlights in detail the landscapes, stars, people and even scenes that look like you're watching something in a very realistic 3D.

Ahora, qué opinión tengo sobre esta película japonesa del director makoto shinkai, pues pienso que es !!UNA VERDADERA OBRA DE ARTE¡¡ ya que este director plasma en su película algo que es muy recurrente en Japón que son los temblores y los terremotos o las desastres naturales como las inundaciones o tsunamis, pero lo más interesante es que el director makoto trata de darle un sentido místico a estos desastres naturales y trata de humanizar la labor de alguien que salva a todos del peligro.
Es como contar una historia para darle esperanza a un niño o como para dar luz sentido lógico algún desastre naturales, por eso es que esta película es sumamente fascinante es atrapante la idea que muestra cuando la vi me acordé mucho de las historias que cuentan los abuelos sobre leyendas y mitos de Venezuela en cuanto a los indígenas y como ellos se relacionan estrechamente con la naturaleza.
Además como mencioné al principio destaco mucho el maravilloso trabajo del director makoto en cuanto a la animación, normalmente cuando vemos animes estos están hechos de una manera muy plana o poco realista. Pero es increíble como este director japonés detalla muy bien muchísimas cosas en sus producciones, en otra película como your name también se destacan de manera detallada los paisajes, las estrellas, las personas e incluso las escenas que pareciera que estuvieras viendo algo en un 3D bastante realista.
And the scenes where Suzume enters the door of the afterlife and sees a starry universe, the colors seen in the sky that are purple, pink, blue and black are so vivid that it looks extremely beautiful and that is what fascinates me about the work of director Makoto, he puts a lot of effort in making a quality result so I agree very well with the people who support the talent of this Japanese director.
Another thing in which this film stands out is the spectacular soundtrack, I like it very much because it goes very well with the feelings that the film wants to transmit, they are not simple songs that are played to fill a space, they are songs that when you listen to the Spanish translation you understand the film with more emphasis and it touches your heart very well, that's why I am fascinated by how the director uses music to transmit his message better.
Finally I would also like to highlight the intense emotional pain that souta feels when she recognizes how natural disasters take things away from people in this case she lost her mother in a natural disaster and you can see throughout the film how she is emotionally hurt but how little by little souta helps her to get out of that pain and even overcome it by helping her to control the monsters that cause these natural disasters is extremely fascinating this story.

Y las escenas donde Suzume entra a la puerta del más allá y ve un universo estrellado, los colores que se ven en el cielo que son morado rosado azul y negro son tan vivos que se ve sumamente hermoso y eso es lo que me fascina del trabajo del director makoto, que pone mucho esfuerzo en hacer un resultado de calidad por eso concuerdo muy bien con las personas que apoyan el talento de este director japonés.
Además otra cosa en la que esta película destaca es en cuanto a su banda sonora bastante espectacular me gusta mucho porque va muy bien con los sentimientos que quiere transmitir la película no son simples canciones que ponen para rellenar un espacio son canciones que al escuchar la traducción al español entiendes con mayor énfasis la película y te llega muy bien al corazón por eso me fascina como el director usa la música para transmitir a un mejor su mensaje.
Por último me gustaría destacar también el intenso dolor emocional que siente sume al reconocer cómo los desastres naturales le quitan cosas a las personas en este caso ella perdió a su madre en un desastre natural y se puede ver a lo largo de la película como ella está herida emocionalmente pero como poco a poco souta la ayuda a salir de ese dolor e incluso superarlo ayudándola a controlar a los monstruos que causan estos desastres naturales es sumamente fascinante esta historia.
So as I mentioned at the beginning I'm not a big fan of anime, in fact I even find them a bit exaggerated but there are exceptions that really touch your heart and sume is one of these wonderful and incredible exceptions because with a very emotional and solid message along with an impeccable animation and image work combined with a soundtrack makes the film a marvel and the message that the director wants to convey really touches your heart.
So after watching this film I wanted to spend some time to analyze all the repertoire that the master director makoto shincay has to offer because after researching a little about this Japanese director I saw that he has many other works and there are even theories on the internet that say that all these films are related to each other since it is a recurring theme of the director to talk about natural disasters and find a logical or humanized sense.

Así que como mencioné al principio no soy muy fan de los animes de hecho hasta me parecen un poco exagerados pero hay excepciones que realmente te tocan el corazón y su sume es una de estas maravillosas e increíbles excepciones ya que con un mensaje bastante emotivo y sólido junto con un trabajo de animación e imagen bastante impecable combinado con una banda sonora hace que la película sea toda una maravilla y te llegue realmente al corazón el mensaje que el director quiere transmitir.
Así que después de ver esta película quise dedicar tiempo a poder analizar todo el repertorio que el maestro director makoto shincay tiene para ofrecer ya que luego de investigar un poco acerca de este director japonés vi que tiene muchísimos otros trabajos y que incluso hay teorías en internet que dicen que todas estas películas se relacionan entre sí ya que es un tema recurrente del director hablar sobre desastres naturales y encontrarles un sentido lógico o humanizado.
Así que es posible que comparta más películas de anime. Pero ahora te toca a ti has visto esta maravillosa obra de arte del cine japonés?
