Cuando mi novio descargó esta película, debo confesar que tenía muy pocas expectativas con respecto a la trama, pues no soy muy fan de los dramas históricos, pero señores, este vale totalmente la pena. Lo primero en destacar, son las actuaciones, en esta oportunidad, Adam Driver, Matt Damon y Jodie Comer, interpretaron sus personajes de forma impecable.
Jacques (A. D.) es un hombre inteligente y muy preparado para la época, que con su ingenio, se gana el reconocimiento del rey. Por otro lado Jean (M. D.), tiene una personalidad bastante explosiva, es poco analítico y tiene mucha sed de ser reconocido por todos. Ambos se supone que son amigos, pero todo cambia cuando Jacques siente interés por Marguerite(J.C.) , la esposa de Jean. |
When my boyfriend downloaded this movie, I must confess that I had very low expectations regarding the plot, since I am not a big fan of historical dramas, but gentlemen, this one is totally worth it. The first thing to highlight, are the performances, in this opportunity, Adam Driver, Matt Damon and Jodie Comer, played their characters impeccably.
Jacques (A. D.) is an intelligent man and very prepared for the time, who with his wit, earns the recognition of the king. Jean (M. D.), on the other hand, has a rather explosive personality, is not very analytical and is very thirsty to be recognized by everyone. Both are supposed to be friends, but everything changes when Jacques becomes interested in Marguerite (J.C.), Jean's wife. |

Marguerite es una mujer con pensamientos bastante avanzados para la época, es inteligente y valiente. Lastimosamente, en ese momento las mujeres no tenían ningún tipo de valor, por eso se vió obligada a vivir tras la sombra de su esposo. Pero ella le sacó el mayor provecho a la situación, y estaba adaptándose a su vida, justo cuando Jacques entra en su vida.

Marguerite is a woman with quite advanced thoughts for the time, she is intelligent and courageous.
