I say I guess it is interesting because i skipped a lot of it. Maybe i am too demanding, maybe i am the wrong person to be watching this show.
Unlike many of the people watching this, I actually remember when G.L.O.W. was a real thing and we ignored it then the same as people are largely ignoring it now. Perhaps for largely different reasons. In the 80's we ignored this because it was (obviously) just a chance to see a lady in a skimpy bathing suit. Today we ignore it because it is just irrelevant and dumb.
[source](https://cdn-static.denofgeek.com/sites/denofgeek/files/styles/main_wide/public/best-tv-shows-glow.jpg?itok=eGd8MQd7) perhaps the series tries to address this late, but mostly GLOW was not watched by anyone in the 80's because it was insignificant in comparison to NWA or WWF at the time. I can't help but feel as though they are trying to put some sort of SJW feeling into this series... i would imagine that is the intent... eventually.
GLOW was ignored back in the day that it actually existed and it largely is ignored today during the attempt and revamping it.
Look, i am not trying to hold the wahmen back but I am telling you as someone that was actually alive in the 80s. The target audience of G.L.O.W. when it was an actual company was very different than what this show is trying to protray. This was not then, nor will it be now, a successful idea. No one is trying to hold women back especially the wrestling industry Maybe it will end up being better in a few episodes but mostly up to this point it seems to be a show about men taking advantage of the wahmen.
I don't really care about the obvious agenda this series is attempting to advance but I certainly hope that it is more interesting beyond the 3 episodes that I watched already.
