The Room (2003) is one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life and i highly doubt, that I will see better movie in near future.
The plot is about Johnny, who loves his fiancee Lisa so much, that he would die for her, but she is not satisfied with their relationship. So she seduced Johnny's best friend Mark. From the beginning Mark does not feel good about what he was doing, because Johnny is his best friend. However after a while, he begins to love Lisa and things get really complicated.
If you are still not conviced to watch this masterpiece, you should check out this clip and pay attention to little details, because the devil is in details.
The next awesome thing is that the whole movie is written, directed and produced by one person - Tommy Wiseau and at the top of that he plays the lead role „Johnny“. Maybe because of that, many dialogues are really hard to understand, you have to really perceive to what they say, so do NOT watch it if you have an IQ less than 150. This maybe the case of film, that you have to watch twice to fully understand, like Pulp Fiction.
My favorite scene is when Johnny and Lisa are having sex and their friend/ neighbor comes to their bed. Both of them are okay with it and they start to have a pillow battle. Then their friend tell them, that he loves watching them. You see, scenes like this are not common in modern days movies and I really like unique stuff and this is one if it. So if you do not know what to watch, please take your girlfriend/boyfriend or you best friend, buy some food and beer and watch this. You will not regret it.
