Avatar: The last airbender - Opinion [ESP/ENG]

Hoy les quiero hablar sobre una de mis animaciones favoritas, Avatar: El último maestro aire. Hace poco empecé a ver en Netflix de nuevo esta serie animada de Nickelodeon y me sigue pareciendo una joya, tanto la mezcla de la animación entre occidental y oriental, lo que le da ese toque de anime, así como la historia detrás de las aventuras de Aang y su equipo me parecen dignas de revivir de vez en cuando.

Hello Community !! Today I want to tell you about one of my favorite animations, Avatar: The Last Airbender. I recently started watching this animated series from Nickelodeon again on Netflix and it still seems like a gem, both the mixture of animation between Western and Eastern, which gives it that touch of anime, as well as the story behind the adventures of Aang and his team, seem to be worth reliving from time to time.

As you may already know, the story centers on Aang, an 11-year-old boy who carries the weight of being the Avatar, this figure that unites the spiritual world with the human world and that now when he is needed the most, he deserves 100%. years, when he was frozen in the sea, where they find Katara and Sokka, two children of the southern water tribe.

Es increíble la mezcla de culturas que podemos ver durante toda la serie, ya que toma prestados elementos de la cultura y la mitología oriental desde china, corea, Japón en el diseño de ropa y arte hasta en la mezcla de creencias del hinduismo, taoísmo, budismo y yoga.

The mixture of cultures that we can see throughout the series is incredible. It borrows elements of oriental culture and mythology from China, Korea, and Japan in the design of clothes and art to the mixture of Hinduism, Taoism Buddhism, and yoga.

Avatar, también es un viaje de madurez y aprendizaje, dónde vemos como nuestros protagonistas a lo largo de la serie van ganando madurez al enfrentarse a un mundo en guerra en el que los más vulnerables están a merced de aquellos con poder.

Avatar is also a journey of maturity and learning, where we see how our protagonists throughout the series are gaining maturity when facing a world at war in which the most vulnerable are at the mercy of those with power.

Mi personaje favorito es Zuko ya que es el que mayor desarrollo tienen durante toda la aventura, comenzando como un príncipe que busca venganza en la figura del avatar, hasta un joven más centrado que comprende que la fuente de su enojo proviene de querer agradar a su padre y que este anhelo es infructuoso.

My favorite character is Zuko since he is the one who has the greatest development during the whole adventure, starting as a prince who seeks revenge in the figure of the avatar, to a more focused young man who understands that the source of his anger comes from wanting to please his father and that this longing is fruitless.
