My Review

As with all of my reviews I will not go into the plot

Sorry to say but I was actually bored during parts of the movie. Deadpool 2 is an action comedy that takes the breaking of the 4th wall to the extreme. The amount of times the 4th wall was broken got tiresome. I kept thinking "I get it already." This was not like Ready Player One where the nerd references were a part of the movie. In Deadpool 2 the amount of nerd references (which I got) were for just quick jokes and not woven into the fabric of the story.

Ryan Reynolds voice got to be irritating as he kept talking and talking. It was funny at first but after a while it turned into one of those cases where the comedian stays on the stage too long.

When I went to see the film yesterday there were less than 20 people in the theater, which was surprising. There were way more people in Infinity Wars which was playing in the next theater.

The only thing that prevented me from giving this a D rating was that the story was interesting. I think it would have been a way better movie if they took some of the jokes out.

You have to stay for the mid-credit scene as this is one of the best scenes in the movie. Just FYI there is no end credit scene.

If you have seen Deadpool 2 let me know what you think below.
