Cuando vi este concurso pensé que mis películas románticas favoritas siempre han sido sobre la época victoriana, de estilo antiguo , como por ejemplo Cumbres borrascas o Sensatez y sentimientos, ambas basadas en novelas célebres de la época, pero luego de reflexionar no deseaba publicar sobre estas porque en posts anteriores ya las he mencionado, pensé que las películas románticas actuales poco llaman mi atención pero me di cuenta que estaba obviando una película que vi apenas en el año 2018 pero que fue hecha en 2013, no la había considerado porque cuando pensamos en películas románticas nuestro cerebro descarta ciertas cosas, por ejemplo nuestra mente cree que las películas deben ser personas reales aún cuando los personajes sean creaciones del autor, me di cuenta que si necesariamente no fueran actores de carne y hueso las historias románticas seguían siendo igual de válidas, por eso Kotonoha no Niwa una película de animación japonesa vino a mi mente como una de las historias de amor más lindas que he visto en los últimos años, esto se lo debo a @tsunsica quien me la mostró por primera vez.
When I saw this contest I thought that my favorite romantic films have always been about the Victorian era, old style, such as Wuthering Heights or Sense and Sensibility, both based on famous novels of the time, but on reflection I did not want to publish about these because in previous posts I have already mentioned them, I thought that current romantic movies hardly attract my attention but I realized that I was ignoring a movie that I only saw in 2018 but that was made in 2013, I had not considered it because when we thought of romantic movies our brain discards certain things, for example our mind believes that movies should be real people even when the characters are creations of the author, I realized that if they were not necessarily flesh and blood actors, romantic stories were still just as valid , that's why Kotonoha no Niwa a Japanese animated movie came to my mind as one of the stories of and love that I have seen in recent years, I owe this to @tsunsica who showed it to me for the first time.
Kotona no niwa o El jardín de las palabras, cuenta como un chico de 15 años que sueña con ser diseñador de zapatos, decide faltar a clases los días de lluvia y quedarse en un parque a trabajar en sus diseños de zapatos, allí sin saberlo coincide todos los días con una chica un poco mayor, el no se da cuenta que ella es una maestra de literatura de 27 años que trabaja en su misma institución pero que nunca le había dado clases a él, ella al ver el uniforme de él se da cuenta pero no dice nada solo le deja un poema en una modalidad de escritura japonesa que es difícil de descifrar, con el pasar del tiempo ellos siguen coincidiendo en el mismo sitio, esto se debe a que la maestra no encuentra el valor para volver a la escuela luego de haber sido víctima de acoso por algunos estudiantes.

Esta película no se trata en ningún momento de una maestra abusadora que enamora a un chico de 15 años, la película en realidad muestra como las personas maduran en tiempos diferentes, esta maestra realmente estaba sufriendo de depresión con culpa del acoso y este chico trabajaba además de asistir a la escuela y atendía a su madre, esta vida dura lo hizo madurar muy pronto, pero eso no quitaba el hecho de el fuera un adolescente y ella una mujer adulta, por eso esta historia de amor en realidad es la historia de un amor que en ningún momento pretendía serlo, aquí no se ven besos e incluso ningún abrazo, (solo uno sin ánimos de hacer spoiler), obviamente ambos saben que su separación será inminente porque ambos pertenecen a un tiempo de vida diferente, ella tiene que irse lejos a trabajar en otro lado, mientras él tiene que seguir luchando por sus sueños de ser un gran diseñador de zapatos.
This movie is not about an abusive teacher who falls in love with a 15-year-old boy, the movie actually shows how people mature at different times, this teacher was really suffering from depression because of the bullying and this boy also worked of attending school and caring for his mother, this hard life made him mature very quickly, but that did not take away from the fact that he was a teenager and she was an adult woman, that's why this love story is actually the story of a love that at no time was intended to be, here there are no kisses and even no hugs, (only one without the intention of spoiling), obviously both know that their separation will be imminent because they both belong to a different time of life, she has to go away to work elsewhere, while he has to continue fighting for his dreams of being a great shoe designer.
Con la promesa de que algún día el chico alcanzará a la maestra, esta es una historia de amor hermosa, la animación de la película es sublime, ambos personajes en conjunto con las escenas detalladas, las lluvias y el brillo de las hojas mojadas, la música, hacen que sea una película muy emotiva, mucha gente habla de que para el amor no hay edad, pero eso no es cierto, hay límites y ningún adulto debería sentir atracción por un adolescente , pero esta historia no es de esa forma, porque ninguno de los implicados intento tener realmente una relación, sus conversaciones en el jardín en aquellas mañanas de lluvia fueron como un tesoro para ambos porque cada uno encontró en estas la motivación para seguir adelante con sus vidas, no se sabe realmente si algún día en la adultez del protagonista volverá a ver a su maestra pero lo que vivieron juntos fue suficiente para amarse de por vida.
With the promise that one day the boy will catch up with the teacher, this is a beautiful love story, the animation of the film is sublime, both characters together with the detailed scenes, the rains and the shine of the wet leaves, the music, make it a very emotional film, many people say that there is no age for love, but that is not true, there are limits and no adult should be attracted to a teenager, but this story is not that way, because none of those involved really tried to have a relationship, their conversations in the garden on those rainy mornings were like a treasure for both of them because each one found in them the motivation to move on with their lives, it is not really known if one day in the adulthood of the protagonist will see his teacher again but what they lived together was enough to love each other for life.
