Greetings movie lovers, I join this week's CineTV Contest to share with you my favorite mystery movie, I was thinking and some of the options that I really like had complicated plots where they put the viewer's mind to play to finally have an unexpected outcome, but on the other hand a peculiar movie came to my mind, a movie that I undoubtedly love and it is because it combines two things, the mystery or the suspense of not knowing the truth and on the other hand the comedy, this is a work of the master of suspense Alfred Hitchcock of whom I am a fan for all his contribution to cinema throughout his life.
The Trouble with Harry // Pero… Quién mató a Harry? (1955)

This film was very important to me because it was the first Hitchcock film I saw in color, because I was used to seeing his previous productions in black and white, then I learned that this one did not get as much fame and some consider it a career decline of the director, however, I liked it very much and in fact I saw it again several times, the last of these being next to my mother, she laughed a lot and it is something that I like because in a film that begins with a death mysterious nobody expects to laugh so much.

To give a bit of context, the film begins with the appearance of the corpse of a man in the middle of the meadow located in a very small town where all its inhabitants knew each other, there was nothing particular in that town until an older man and hunting enthusiast found the body, he assumed that it died of a bullet from his rifle accidentally and then he only felt the urge to dispose of the body and not say a word, but before he did that several people saw the body, what funny thing is that almost no one seems to be moved by the death of the subject, it's as if death is something they see every day, that is, it didn't make any impression on them, each of the characters involved is going to try to bury the body but every time this it seems more difficult.

Harry's body becomes a problem and there comes a point where all theories are ruled out and no one really knows what happened to Harry, who killed him or how he got there, as the film progresses more problems appear to avoid that the corpse is a problem for the people who discovered it, it really is a very funny movie and although I know that there are people who do not laugh at the ironic and even absurd humor, I know that it is a great movie to watch with friends, sometimes there are to take life and death with humor too 😁

In the end it is known what happened to Harry but it is not my intention to tell you the outcome, but perhaps although it is not a complicated plot, the people of the town found in Harry a reason to get closer with complicity and at the same time have a common project: get rid of the corpse, this is something that could be scandalous, that's why I understand that it was made as a comedy, something that I really like is that although the film was made from an adaptation inspired by a novel, for me this film is like a one of those typical stories where death is present but in a very ironic way, I think this movie is like an illustrated book of one of those stories that changed over time to make them more suitable for children, as a lover of stories I feel that this story could even be made as a short story with illustrations and it would be great 😁
