Saludos amantes del cine, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mis impresiones de la película La verdad de Soraya M. esta es una película de 2008 que me fue recomendada hace muchos años por mi amiga @yetsimar, porque ella sabe que me encanta el cine dramático y sobre todo si se trata de películas basadas en hechos reales, sin embargo, yo evité verla porque no me sentía segura de estar preparada en aquel entonces para enfrentar tal historia, porque esta basada en el libro La Femme Lapidée, del periodista Freidoune Sahebjam según información aportada en la película y por Wikipedia Mi negativa a verla antes era porque con el solo título sabía que se trataba de la lapidación de una mujer y esto es algo que simplemente supera mi umbral emocional.

Como mujer la emoción de impotencia me embargó al saber los motivos o menos dicho las excusas que utilizaron para llevar a cabo el juicio totalmente arbitrario en contra de Soraya, saber que existen partes del mundo donde una mujer no tenga derecho alguno y que con sólo la palabra de un hombre se pueda condenar a muerte a una mujer es algo que me golpea el pecho grandemente, por otro lado noté que la película hace mucho del primer plano del rostro de Soraya en muchas ocasiones, la mirada de la actriz es intensa, con poco diálogo se logra entender completamente su vulnerabilidad y la frustración, creo que a cualquier persona siendo mujer o hombre no merece un castigo como la lapidación solo por ser infiel, siendo culpable o no tal castigo me parece algo completamente irracional empezando por eso, creo que la película toca temas sensibles incluso para los mismo hombres, porque a los hijos varones de Soraya no le fue permitido dudar de los cargos en contra de su madre y mucho menos expresar simpatía por ella.

En las películas con escenario del medio oriente siempre me ha gustado apreciar los paisajes desérticos, la música y por supuesto las telas y cosas ornamentales de las escenas, pero en esta película todo se trata del drama de Soraya, no hay espacio alguno para ver algo que suavice un poco la emoción, desde el principio a fin de la película estuve con la mandíbula apretada de la rabia, por otro lado no esperaba que la escena de la lapidación fuese mostrada de la forma que lo fue, no abusaron , es decir, no fue mostrada con exceso de sangre y acercamientos injustificados, sin embargo fue mostrada, con toda la dureza que implica ver a una persona enterrada hasta la cintura siendo apedreada por hombres, entre ellos su familia.
In films with a Middle Eastern setting, I have always liked to appreciate the desert landscapes, the music and of course the fabrics and ornamental things in the scenes, but in this film it is all about Soraya's drama, there is no space to see something to soften the emotion a bit, from the beginning to the end of the film my jaw was clenched with rage, on the other hand I did not expect the stoning scene to be shown the way it was, they did not abuse, that is, It was not shown with excessive blood and unjustified approaches, however it was shown, with all the hardness that implies seeing a person buried up to the waist being stoned by men, including his family.
Creo que el aspecto cinematográficos a destacar de manera especial es la actuación y sobre todo la historia, la realidad a veces supera la ficción, entonces estoy segura que en la película todo se ve más suave , dudo mucho que en realidad a dicha mujer siquiera le fueran dado respiro alguno. Es una película que recomiendo ver claro que si, pero deben estar preparados emocionalmente, pues no se trata de aguantar un susto como en una película de terror, se trata de poder aguantar la rabia sin querer estrellar la pantalla.
