Saludos, en esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes mis pensamientos acerca de la película Stand By Me, esta es un clásico de 1985, dirigida por Rob Reiner, quien adaptó la novela escrita por Stephen King, soy amante de las películas clásicas y esta es una de ellas , sin embargo se que hay personas que aun no la han visto y esta es una de esas películas que merece la pena recomendar siempre a cualquier persona.

Esta película es una vuelta al pasado de la vida del escritor Gordie Lachance, quien tras ver la noticia de la muerte de un amigo de la infancia en el periódico recuerda sus aventuras con ese grupo de amigos, la primera vez que vi esta película hace mucho años no tuvo el impacto en mi que tiene ahora que soy una mujer adulta y creo que podría ocurrir lo mismo para cualquier persona. En este sentido la historia trata cuando Gordie tenía 12 años, el y sus otros tres amigos, Chris, Teddy y Vern emprenden la aventura de ir a buscar el cadáver de un joven desaparecido, puesto que uno de ellos escucho decir que el cadáver estaba cerca de las vías del tren, pero aun nadie había reportado el cuerpo, los niños deciden ir a buscarlo, en su mente se imaginaban salir en televisión por ser lo primeros en encontrar el cuerpo, aprovechando un fin de semana largo salen juntos pues ellos viven en un pueblo pequeño por lo que deben cruzar la zona llena de bosque y pantano, una aventura de acampar que a todo niño o adolescente le atraería, sin embargo en el camino se llegan a conocer entre ellos a un nivel más profundo, por ejemplo a Gordie le gusta contar historias y sufre porque sus padres lo han dejado de lado luego de que su hermano mayor muriera, Chris por otro lado viene de una familia con problemas de alcohol y se ha ganado la fama de ser un delincuente juvenil, por otro lado Teddy tiene problemas de control de ira y se nota que es debido a maltrato por parte de su padre, mientras que Vern tiene sobrepeso y es muy miedoso.

Una a una se van dando a conocer las personalidades y problemas de cada niño de una forma armónica en la película, cada personaje llega a un punto de inflexión donde se abre su corazón, dejando al descubierto todas sus emociones, sin embargo la cercanía de amistad entre Gordie y Chris es más fuerte, la aventura tiene sus altas y bajas donde algunos no desean continuar mientras que los otros si, incluso llegan a tener un conflicto bastante intenso con un grupo de jóvenes mayores que encuentran también al cadáver y los amenazan con hacerles daño porque ellos quieren el crédito de descubrir el cadáver, Gordie con mucho valor lo apunta con u arma y los ahuyenta, el asunto es que los niños al ver el cadáver sienten dolor y empatía deciden reportar a las autoridades de manera anónima.
One by one, the personalities and problems of each child are revealed in a harmonious way in the film, each character reaches a turning point where his heart opens, revealing all his emotions, however the closeness of friendship between Gordie and Chris is stronger, the adventure has its ups and downs where some do not want to continue while the others do, they even have a quite intense conflict with a group of older youths who also find the body and threaten to kill them. damage because they want the credit of discovering the corpse, Gordie with great courage points it with a gun and drives them away, the thing is that when the children see the corpse they feel pain and empathy and decide to report to the authorities anonymously.
Este tipo de crianza ya no es común ahora, solo las personas que se crían en los campos o pequeños pueblos podrían tener aventuras tales como las de la película la tecnología ahora rodea a todos los niños, pero hay algo que me produce emoción con esta cinta y es que solo podrías comprender lo que es la madurez cuando ves al pasado en retrospectiva, en la película el protagonista describe como después de un tiempo sus amigos de infancia se distancian, cada uno llevó una vida diferente, algunos lograron de cierto modo superar su entorno, pero al mismo tiempo no cambiaron su personalidad, como el caso de Chris que logró ser abogado a pesar de provenir de una familia disfuncional, pero que muere precisamente en una disputa, en el fondo Chris seguía siendo el mismo.
This type of parenting is no longer common now, only people who grow up in the fields or small towns could have adventures like the ones in the movie, technology now surrounds all children, but there is something that makes me excited about this film. and it is that you could only understand what maturity is when you see the past in retrospect, in the film the protagonist describes how after a while his childhood friends distance themselves, each one led a different life, some managed in a certain way to overcome their environment, but at the same time they did not change his personality, like the case of Chris who managed to be a lawyer despite coming from a dysfunctional family, but who died precisely in a dispute, deep down Chris was still the same.
Como adulta, veo que mis compañeros de escuela o liceo terminaron en destinos muy diferentes, ya algunos de ellos están muertos en diferentes circunstancias muy trágicas, dos en accidentes de auto y otros dos por enfermedad, por supuesto también hay unos que terminaron en la cárcel, mientras que otros lograron un gran éxito en su vida profesional y viven en otro países o tiene sus propios negocios, cada persona maduró de forma distinta, algunos lograron vencer las dificultades del entorno mientras que otros no tuvieron otra opción, la vida es un instante y sin embargo es tan distinta para cada uno de los niños que una vez conocimos en la escuela , yo creo que esta película es simplemente maravillosa, porque a pesar de que es emocional, no es de esas películas que terminas llorando, solo terminas con nostalgia pero al mismo tiempo con un gran interés reflexivo en cuando las dinámicas sociales de los niños, de cómo crecer implica luchas mentales muy grandes, pero que aunque es un proceso normal de la vida, cada experiencia es única y cada persona es irrepetible.
