Different from the Original.

I have always liked superman and all the various movies, which means that unless this one was so bad I was probably always going to like to some degree. Thankfully it is a decent version of superman, maybe not a brilliant version, but a very good one.

For the one person that doesn't know the story we have a child that is sent to Earth from a dying planet Krypton. He lives as an ordinary person for a number of years until Earth is also visited from some other survivors from his planet. All the people from his planet have extraordinary powers on Earth.

Now the world knows there are other beings in the universe, and at least one that could bring the people of Earth together. Can he become a symbol of hope for the planet?
