Watched the movie "The Box"
I stumbled across this one by accident, probably looked twice at it because it does have Cameron Diaz, and also Frank Langella. The movie is set in the 1970's,a couple played by Norma (Cameron Diaz) and Arthur (James Marsden)receive a visit from Arlington Steward (Frank Langella) where he offers them a choice.Push the button, you will receive 1 Million dollars in cash, however at the time you push the button, somewhere, someone you don't know dies. They are given 24 hours to decide, if they do not push the button the box goes to someone else, and the new couple are given the same option. Only part of the movie deals with making the decision the other part deals with living with the decision.
I won't go into too much more detail in case you wish to watch it, there is an interesting twist at the end. I do think it is worthwhile to watch, not a masterpiece but still a good film.
