Baby (Ansel Elgort) is a boy who, as a child, has an accident together with his parents, they die and he is the only one who survives the accident but is suffering from some hearing problems and because of that he has to wear headphones with music to calm the pain and the annoying sounds that rumble in his ears due to his hearing problem.
He becomes an escape driver in several robberies organized by Doc (Kevin Spacey) that when he was a teenager Baby stole a car with a lot of merchandise and from there he owes Doc. After many years being the best driver of escape he finishes paying off his debt and gets fed up with that life
However, retiring is not an option, so you will have to step on the accelerator to get your freedom and be able to be with the girl you love.
