Posterior a todos esos años de persecución y muertes, llegaron a un acuerdo donde se haría un pacto de paz, siempre y cuando ellos cumplieran con 3 reglas, n1: no decirle a los humanos sobre su existencia, n2: no beber sangre de nadie sin su autorización y n3: no volver nunca a Boyle Heights sin permiso. Al finalizar la historia, vemos una corta escena de lo que seria el inicio de nuestra trama, "Víctor" se le aparece a "Jay" y luego de llevarlo a una bodega, aprovecha la oportunidad para secuestrar a "María", quien seria la carnada para lograr su objetivo. La trama surge cuando "Jay" decide ir tras "Víctor" para recuperar a su chica y le deja su noche de trabajo a "Benny", quien de inmediato recibiría la solicitud del servicio de taxi para el comienzo de su noche, sin embargo, todo esto seria una trampa organizada por "Víctor" para matar a "Jay" y quedarse con el control total de la ciudad. A medida que va pasando la noche "Benny" solo piensa que sus pasajeras son algo locas y atrevidas, pero al leer los mensajes del teléfono de "Zoe", todo esto cambiará, haciéndolo participe de sus fechorías, porque, bueno, a tus enemigos más cerca, no? y es justo lo que "Zoe" pensó, pero esto no fue del todo malo, al pasar de la noche vemos como va fluyendo un vinculo entre "Blaire" y "Benny", quienes luego pelean para protegerse el uno al otro. Debido a la actuación ruidosa de "Blaire" y "Zoe", despierta la sospecha y ponen en alerta a sus próximos objetivos, iniciando una guerra sangrienta que pone en peligro la vida de "Zoe". Mientras "Benny" las lleva a su último destino para salvar su vida, su hermano "Jay" acepta reunirse con "Víctor" para que libere a "Benny", pero "Víctor" como era de esperarse, hambriento de poder, le tiende una trampa y lo lleva a su sótano, donde tiene un laboratorio para substraer la sangre de sus reclusos. "Benny" no cumple su promesa con "Blaire" de escapar y salvarse, este va por su hermano y arriesga su vida, sin embargo, cuando "Víctor" intenta matarlo con su mordida, este ejecuta su plan para acabar con "Zoe" y "Víctor", quienes quedan pulverizados. Y así termina nuestra película, con un final abierto, con varias interrogantes, quizá no fue el mejor final, pero sin duda deja abierta la posibilidad de una secuela.

Este film tiene varios giros y una trama que aunque quizá no sea la mejor película del genero, te mantendrá entretenido, sin embargo, lo negativo que pudiera comentarles es sobre los efectos utilizados al momento de la pulverización de los vampiros, que si prestamos atención podemos ver ciertas fallas en la fluidez de estas escenas, viéndose un poco lento y pixelado, además del final que estuvo un poco en el aire, pero más allá de esto, es una película entretenida, divertida, que sin duda te distraerá en tu tiempo libre. Personalmente no es una película que recomendaría ver o diría que es excelente, pero tampoco diría que es mala, es de esas películas que solo vemos una vez para combatir el aburrimiento.

Personally, it is not a movie that I would recommend to see or say that it is excellent, but I would not say that it is bad, it is one of those films that we only see once to combat boredom.
