Never had the bad luck to have a series you really liked cancelled? This happened to me with The Oa. Which I feel was underrated and very underutilized.

In short, this story is about Prairie Johnson. A girl who appears after having disappeared 7 years ago. For this she recruits 5 people to whom she tells her story and reveals what happened during her disappearance.

The thing about this series is that it is rare. From minute 1 you realize that you are watching something very particular. That it's very different from what you've seen before. And I think that generates a certain attraction.

This series was the reason I got into the habit of only watching series that ended or are about to end. Ever since I found out they cancelled The Oa, I almost never watch series that are not complete. Unless I'm not too interested.

To me, I really felt sorry for what happened to The Oa. Since it is a great cult production. I feel sorry that it couldn't continue and finish its story. Though no matter how better it is, if people don't consume it, it's useless. After all, Netflix is a business and they are looking for their investments to generate profits. So I don't blame them, but I do feel disgusted that people consume so much crap and don't give something of such caliber a chance.
A mí realmente, me dio mucha lástima lo que pasó con The Oa. Ya que es una gran producción de culto. Me genera lástima que no haya podido continuar y finalizar su historia. Aunque por mejor que sea, si la gente no la consume, es inútil. Después de todo, Netflix es un negocio y busca que sus inversiones generen ganancias. I confess that today, even though many years have passed, I still have hope that this work can be finished somehow. Either with a movie or that another streaming service gets the rights to continue its production. Honestly, I think it's a tremendous waste to leave such a good story in the middle.
