State of Grace (1990) by Phil Joanou & Michael Lee Baron (REVIEW)

Review by @lost108 · 2627d · of State of Grace

There are really no such movies out there that are similar to this one, the new movies don't have that magic in them to make the viewers excited, luckily this movie does.

It's about the Irish mafia in New York, Sean Penn is an ex-prisoner who is now a police officer in a covert task and needs to expose the Irish, besides Sean Penn, here are Gary Oldman and Ed Harris. But the tricky part is that his best friend's brother is running the whole mob.

Interesting movie, one of the classical crime/drama genres, Sean Penn was the best fit for his role and he makes this movie to be awesome. Source
