Fracture (2007) by Gregory Hoblit (REVIEW)

Review by @lost108 · 2832d · of Fracture

Very well detailed movie with a great production. The movie is witty and it will keep you intrigued for some time.

The movie is a chess game between the two main characters, Anthony Hopkins as Ted Crawford and Ryan Gosling as Willy Beachum. I love the acting, those mind games were amazing as well, I simply adore good mystery/suspense movies that will reveal the whole story at the ending and keep you up for hours, thinking about the greatness of the director, and how he turned his idea/story into a masterpiece.

The movie plot is a mystery, in which a successful innovator and businessman, who at the same time is very clever, he manages to manipulate the law in the way that he wants it.

His wife is younger than him, his wife is a very attractive middle age woman. She is cheating on him with a young and handsome random guy. And for a revenge, he decides to revenge the affair with the most cruelty and gruesome way.

The movie is great, Anthony Hopkins is the man for this type of movies, he tries to absorb the role and I must say that weird/scary roles such as Hannibal are well fitted for him, he brings the best of it into the movie screen. I am sure you will love this movie. Source
