¡El ser diferente no siempre es malo!/¡Being different is not always bad!
Dentro del género de series para menores de 18 años, se encuentran historias variadas sobre cambios hormonales, la toma de decisiones, romances de verano, solución de conflictos, lidiar con algún duelo, búsqueda de identidad, proyectos a futuro o el control emocional.
Within the genre of series for children under 18, there are varied stories about hormonal changes, decision making, summer romances, conflict resolution, dealing with grief, identity search, future projects or emotional control.
Pero también existe el otro lado de la moneda donde se encuentran aquellas historias que aportan algo completamente diferente como el significado de la vida, la aceptación personal, la maduración a temprana edad, las aportaciones positivas tanto personales como sociales, el pensamiento inteligente o la superación personal.
But there is also the other side of the coin where there are stories that provide something completely different, such as the meaning of life, personal acceptance, maturity at an early age, positive personal and social contributions, intelligent thinking or self-improvement.
Hoy les hablaré de la serie "Annie with an E", la cual se encuentra en aquel lado de la moneda que te proporciona información importante que deberás considerar, no importa la edad que tengas, eso lo hace especial, ya que el contenido de dicha serie te transporta a una percepción más compleja pero digerible sobre el significado de las cosas y el disfrutar la sencillez de cada una de ellas.
Today I will tell you about the series "Annie with an E ", which is on that side of the coin that provides you with important information that you should consider, no matter how old you are, that makes it special, as the content of such series transports you to a more complex but digestible perception about the meaning of things and enjoying the simplicity of each one of them.
La historia se centra en Annie, una niña huérfana que deambula de familia en familia, como no tiene una familia política, el orfanato se ha encargado de asignarle una familia política que se encargue en su educación y manutención. Pero Annie no dura mucho tiempo con dichas familias, ya que por su particular forma de ser, no le dan la comprensión que se merece ni la paciencia, la familia se desespera muy rápido de ella y prefieren regresarla al orfanato.
The story focuses on Annie, an orphan girl who wanders from family to family, as she has no in-laws, the orphanage has assigned her an in-laws to take care of her education and maintenance. But Annie does not last long with these families, because of her particular way of being, they do not give her the understanding she deserves nor the patience, the family quickly despairs of her and prefers to return her to the orphanage.
A causa de tales rechazos, Annie pierde la esperanza poco a poco de encontrar una familia que le proporcione lo necesario y acepte su verdadero ser. Hasta que un día fue asignada a una familia que buscaba un ayudante para que coopere con las actividades en casa, la familia conformada por dos hermanos, quienes buscaban un varón, por error le asignaron a Annie.
Because of such rejections, Annie gradually loses hope of finding a family that will provide for her and accept her true self. Until one day she was assigned to a family looking for a helper to cooperate with the activities at home, the family of two brothers, who were looking for a boy, mistakenly assigned Annie to them.
Como la familia cuenta con una pequeña granja, buscaban a un ayudante varón para que les ayudara en dichas labores, ya que los hermanos se encontraban en una edad avanzada. Intentaron regresarla al orfanato, pero Annie les demostró que ella era igual o más capaz que un varón para realizar las actividades en la granja y cumplió su objetivo recibiendo la aceptación de los hermanos.
Since the family has a small farm, they were looking for a male helper to help them with the farm work, as the brothers were at an advanced age. They tried to return her to the orphanage, but Annie proved to them that she was equally or more capable than a male to carry out the activities on the farm and she fulfilled her objective by receiving the acceptance of the brothers.
Dentro del desarrollo de la serie, se va construyendo lazos importantes entre la familia de hermanos y Annie, dándose cuenta de que ambos se necesitan, demostrando que un poco de felicidad y espontaneidad al día a día no hace daño, el soñar no quita tiempo y el filosofar con las pequeñas cosas te hacen valorar lo que tienes.
Within the development of the series, important bonds are built between the family of brothers and Annie, realizing that both need each other, showing that a little happiness and spontaneity to the day to day does not hurt, dreaming does not take time and philosophizing with the little things make you value what you have.
Retomando la idea principal, esta serie me cautivo de una manera un poco esperada, ya que fue más una identificación con el personaje principal. Mi mente se basa demasiado en la creatividad y la imaginación, así que los contenidos que tengan estos temas suelen llamarme la atención y aportarme algo extra a mi vida personal.
Going back to the main idea, this series captivated me in a somewhat expected way, as it was more of an identification with the main character. My mind relies too much on creativity and imagination, so content with these themes tends to catch my attention and bring something extra to my personal life.
Annie me enseñó que ante cualquier adversidad lo primero que deberás hacer es defender tu forma en que percibes el mundo, si dicho pensamiento no le hace mal a terceros, porque modificarlo solo para ser aceptado ante la sociedad y darles el gusto a los demás para entrar a su molde preestablecido.
Annie taught me that in the face of any adversity, the first thing you should do is to defend the way you perceive the world, if such thinking does not harm others, why modify it just to be accepted by society and to please others to fit into their pre-established mold.
Pensarán que otras series o películas abordan el tema de la aceptación personal y tal vez les suene algo repetitivo. Pero la diferencia aquí es que hacen el uso de metáforas y relatos poéticos por parte de la protagonista para presentarnos como es que se conforma los significados de su propio mundo.
You may think that other series or films deal with the theme of personal acceptance and perhaps it sounds a bit repetitive. But the difference here is that they make use of metaphors and poetic stories by the protagonist to present us how she shapes the meanings of her own world.
Annie es amante de la lectura, nunca aprovechará una oportunidad para saber cosas nuevas, escribe sus propios relatos basados en pensamientos que a ella le parecen profundos y filosóficos, por eso con esa misma percepción construye su mundo que presenta en esta serie.
Annie is a lover of reading, she will never take an opportunity to learn new things, she writes her own stories based on thoughts that seem deep and philosophical to her, so with that same perception she builds her world that she presents in this series.
En lo personal Annie me motivo para retomar aquel amor que tenía hacia la lectura y que perdí por las circunstancias de la vida, que nunca debes perder tu sencillez ante lo que sea. No negaré que la serie tenga también momentos malos, pero para mí, no fueron tan relevantes.
Personally, Annie motivated me to take up again the love I had for reading and that I lost due to life circumstances, that you should never lose your simplicity in the face of anything. I won't deny that the series also has some bad moments, but for me, they were not so relevant.
