Cuando estoy en casa y prendo la Tv por lo general me gusta buscar algún programa relacionado a la vida animal, esto lo hago casi siempre, el 23 de agosto NatGeo publicó una serie documental llamada "León" consta de 4 capitulos, y narra la historia de como un pequeño cachorro de león busca convertirse algún día en rey, pude ver el primer capítulo llamado "Nace un príncipe" y la verdad lo amé y quedé con ganas de ver más.

When I'm at home and turn on the TV, I usually like to look for a program related to animal life. I do this almost every time. On August 23rd, NatGeo released a documentary series called "Lion," which consists of four episodes and tells the story of how a little lion cub seeks to one day become king. I was able to watch the first episode, called "A Prince Is Born," and I really loved it and was left wanting to see more.

El primer capítulo tiene una duración de 39 minutos, comienza mostrando la vida de Kio un cachorro que debe pasar por muchos obstáculos antes de convertirse en rey, vive en una manada grande, aunque es pequeño debe ir afrontando desafíos, esto lo hará fuerte y valiente mientras crece, es muy tierno de pequeño, así mismo su madre Summer lo protege de los peligros de la sabana africana, es difícil que los cachorros sobrevivan ya que hay muchos peligros en la vida salvaje, incluso podrían ser devorados por otros animales.

The first chapter lasts 39 minutes and begins by showing the life of Kio, a cub who must overcome many obstacles before becoming king. He lives in a large pack, and although small, he must face challenges that will make him strong and brave as he grows. He is very cute as a cub, and his mother, Summer, protects him from the dangers of the African savanna. It is difficult for cubs to survive because there are many dangers in the wild; they could even be eaten by other animals.

Esta serie documental la grabaron durante 4 años, imagino el gran trabajo de seguir la vida de estos leones a diario sin perder la pista, me llamó mucho la atención que está dirigido por Jon Favreau quién dirigió la película El rey León, así mismo a medida que iba observando me di cuenta que tiene un estilo cinematográfico, dándole vida a cada escena y la forma en que narran me sentí dentro de una película, con la diferencia de que se trata de la vida real, me gustó esa combinación.

This documentary series was filmed over four years. I can only imagine the immense effort it took to follow the lives of these lions daily without losing track of them. I was particularly struck by the fact that it was directed by Jon Favreau, who directed The Lion King. As I watched, I realized it has a cinematic style, bringing each scene to life, and the way they narrated made me feel like I was in a movie, with the difference that it was real life. I really enjoyed that combination.

Este primer capítulo nos mostró los desafíos por los que Kio debe pasar primero antes de liderar a su manada, la verdad me gustó mucho, la vida animal es increíble y siento que este documental nos muestra con emoción como es la vida y comportamiento de estos animales, el primer capítulo está disponible en Youtube y en Disney+.

This first episode showed us the challenges Kio must overcome before leading his pack. I really enjoyed it; animal life is incredible, and I feel this documentary movingly portrays the lives and behavior of these animals. The first episode is available on YouTube and Disney+.
