Happy day my movie buff friends, I hope you are well, and have an excellent weekend, today I stop by to talk to you about an animated movie, which is great for the whole family, it is a charming movie, full of magic, color and good music, I'm talking about The Book of Life, year 2014, produced by Guillermo del Toro, it is a story that shows us in a peculiar way, much of Mexican culture during the celebration of the day of the dead, to this is added a beautiful story of love and friendship, and the main character's fight to make his dreams come true. I'll tell you a little about how the plot goes, and if you haven't seen it yet I recommend it 100%.
The Book of Life shows us the story of three children, María, Manolo, and Joaquín, the best friends, accomplices in adventures and mischief, but in a celebration of the day of the dead, the lives of these three characters would change until One day, María's father decides to send her to the capital to study, Manolo and Joaquín are very sad, and they promise Maria to wait for her as long as necessary, time passes, and Manolo grows up with a struggle between fulfilling his dream of being singer or be what his father wants him to be, a great bullfighter.
After many years, María returns to the town transformed into a beautiful young lady, Manolo and Joaquín are still as enchanted as ever by her, so much so that a rivalry is created between them for the love of María, in the town things have not changed much. , but, the arrival of Mary, and the interference of two gods from the afterlife (La Catrina, ruler of the world of the remembered and Xibalba ruler of the land of the forgotten), during a celebration of the day of the dead, change the course of this story, and will unleash a series of problems and adventures for Manolo, Joaquín and María, who must fight for love, for their dreams and for the truth.
My opinion:
I really liked this movie, it is a beautiful story, from the beginning to the end, it keeps you attentive to what could happen to the lives of the three main characters, it is colorful, and fantastic, and very funny, I think it is perfect for the whole family, my little Micaela loved it, especially because of the songs that Manolo sings haha, although they are old ladies, it is good music, these three characters each fight to follow their dreams and do things well, they leave us a good message about the importance of true friendships, fighting for what we really want, love in our lives, and metaphorically the positive results of being good people and acting with the heart.

Feliz día mis amigos cinéfilos, espero que estén muy bien, y pasen un fin de semana excelente, hoy paso por acá para hablarles sobre una película animada, que está genial para toda la familia, es una peli encantadora, llena de magia, de color y buena música, les hablo de, El Libro de la Vida, año 2014, producida por Guillermo del toro, es una historia que nos muestra de manera peculiar, mucho de la cultura mexicana durante la celebración del día de los muertos, a esto se le adiciona, una hermosa historia de amor y de amistad, y la lucha del personaje principal por hacer realidad sus sueños. Les cuento un poco como va la trama, y si aún no la han visto se las recomiendo al 100%.
El Libro de la Vida, nos muestra la historia de tres niños, María, Manolo, y Joaquín, los mejores amigos, cómplices de aventuras y travesuras, pero en una celebración del día de los muertos, la vida de estos tres personajes cambiaria hasta que un día, el padre de María decide mandarla a la capital a estudiar, Manolo y Joaquín quedan muy tristes, y le prometen a Maria esperarla el tiempo que se necesario, el tiempo pasa, y Manolo crece con una lucha entre cumplir su sueño de ser cantante o ser lo que su padre quiere que sea un gran torero.
Después de muchos años, María regresa al pueblo convertida en una hermosa señorita, Manolo y Joaquín siguen tan encantados como siempre de ella, tanto así que se crea una rivalidad entre ambos por el amor de María, en el pueblo no han cambiado mucho las cosas, pero, la llegada de María, y la intromisión de dos dioses del más allá (la Catrina, gobernante del mundo de los recordados y Xibalba gobernante de la tierra de los olvidados),durante una celebración del día de los muertos, cambian el rumbo de esta historia, y desataran una serie de inconvenientes y aventuras para Manolo, Joaquín y María, quienes deberán luchar, por el amor, por sus sueños y por la verdad.
Mi opinión:
Esta pelicula me gusto mucho, es una historia hermosa, desde el inicio hasta el final, te mantiene atento a lo que podrá pasar con la vida de los tres personajes principales, es colorida, y fantástica, y muy divertida, creo que es perfecta para toda la familia, a mi pequeña Micaela le encantó, sobre todo por las canciones que interpreta Manolo jaja, aunque son viejitas, es buena música, estos tres personajes luchan cada uno por seguir sus sueños y hacer bien las cosas, nos dejan un buen mensaje sobre, la importancia de las amistades verdaderas, de luchar por lo que realmente queremos, el amor en nuestras vidas, y de manera metafórica los resultados positivos de ser buenas personas y actuar con el corazón.
