I don't think I've ever written a movie review that is focused on just the characters and maybe the plot and roles the characters played in. This film series got me so busy in loving the characters and studying how they carry out their roles while seeing it. It's korean drama Series but I can say the plot was from the popular "Money King" movie plot we know.
This drama had a human called "The Great Sage" also called Monkey King and other humans that's referred to as a cow, a peacock, an octopus and another as a pig. I tell you, I've never been more interested in characters than I did in this drama.
"A Korean Odyssey" is a korean drama series with 20 episodes of fantasy, comedy and romance. These genres were so perfectly shown in this drama that you'd feel like you're on a rollercoaster by the way they give bring up the interesting scenes from another interesting scene. I actually got scared at some point in the drama because the characters in some episodes, dealt with scary ghosts.
I would have love to say more about the drama and give more details but of course, you'd be able to find it in Google so why should I? I'd only suggest you don't get too curious but instead, go see the drama already... It is definitely worth your watch (if you're a fan to such genre, that is)
So I'll share a little of the plot I can share while I reveal "The Rogue Characters" in the drama that got my full attention aside the main plot of the drama. There's no better way to say how perfect I think their acting was on this drama especially with the fact that I've seen some of them in other series before... This series must be one of those series that sets it's character to doing too extra for it to be perfect and they did it so well.
The two main characters - Samjang & Monkey King
Jin Seon Mi character starred by Yeon-Seo Oh (the female lead also called "Samjang") I couldn't get a single pic of her so I'll be sharing my love for these two main characters with a picture showing both of them. Did you wonder how a female lead could be rogue in the drama? Even I never imagined she would turn that way in the drama after giving off the "I'm innocent vibe" at the start of the drama.
Samjang has got the most strongest and impenetrable heart from all the female lead characters I've seen before I saw this drama. She almost never fell in love with the main lead although, the reason was obvious but I still thought it was an awesome role she played well there. I loved the part where she was being chased by demons anytime she got a cut and her body bleeds (she's a character with rare kind of blood) and the Monkey kind would always appear to save her no matter how far apart they are.
Son Oh Gong character starred by Lee Seung-gi (the male lead also called "The Great sage") is my favourite character if I could choose between main characters because he definitely out do himself on this drama. I've been a few other series he started in but he didn't do so much as much as he did in this drama. He is the main Rogue character that kept me in love from start to end. And I simply can't talk about him without mentioning the outfit and hairstyle he came out with for this series... They suit him so well.
The Great Sage is the most powerful character in the drama too, he displayed a lot to satisfy the fantasy genre part of the drama. How Rogue? He did what ever he liked to do, was forced to fall in love until it turned real, he always pester a demon who he lived with... You would need to see the drama to get the full gist of what I mean by "Monkey King was Rogue" in this drama lol.
I read a few reviews before coming here and I saw that some persons kept saying the two main characters didn't show chemistry between each other. I think they gave out the right amount of it because most of the episodes was about one character displaying love languages than the other, that was how the plot was written.
I still don't know how some supporting characters get my attention so well even more than the main characters, this guy right here got me totally. I've never seen a movie he has starred in, this one is a first but he left a memorable mark on me because I'm researching for more of his movie already lol. He is the main Demon himself but the drama shows how hard he was trying to become a god so he could save someone he loves.
Woo Ma Wang character starred by Seung-Won Cha (a supporting character called "Demon King") is another real definition of "Rogue" right from the first episode as he was a music competition judge who gives free pass to desperate participants in most dramatic way (one of my favourite from the scenes he played in).
He had a human as loyal dog, she literally lick his shoes lol. I must say she was a perfect character for the dog human role. Other supporting character didn't awesome too especially the pig human.
And to add more for you to start downloading this drama...
The drama centres on fantasy, comedy and romance right from when the lead girl was little and tricked by the cunny monkey king to free himself from a cage until she became an adult and started working as a real estate buyer since she had the capability to see ghosts. The scenes that displays the romantic aspect of this drama are super hilarious but romantic too, our male lead did a really awesome job at it.
Other there were obvious film tricks, the plot was interesting and very entertaining which I think it's what we all want to see when we decide to see a drama. I'll rate it 8/10 and hope that you'll see the drama to find out about characters that could go Rogue lol.

Casi nunca se enamorรณ del protagonista principal, aunque la razรณn era obvia, pero aรบn asรญ pensรฉ que era un papel increรญble que interpretรณ bien allรญ.
ยฟQuรฉ tan pรญcaro?
