I've seen so many movies that showcase the outcome of hard work and the process, and I've seen movies that you could tell without questions that the cast and producers did so much work to bring the movie to our watch list. But for this contest, I've decided to share a drama series that shows more about hard work and determination.
There are so many kdrama series that shows hard work but this was a recent one I saw and I felt every scene played on this drama, from the hard work to losing faith to gaining faith back and becoming successful... This drama is a definition of hard work.
Navillera is a 12 episodes Korean drama series released in the year 2021 and I got to see it a month back, still have it in my phone for another watch 😅 I tend to see a movie more than once if I had learned something good from it and this drama is one of them.
The drama isn't so long unlike other kdrama I've seen but it shows so much hard work that longer episode dramas may not show. Navillera is the title but it wasn't until the end of the drama before I knew why it was titled that name.
A little about the drama and the main characters
Sim Deok-Chool starred by Park In-hwan is the main lead and my favourite character as he showed a total definition of what hard work means even amidst the discouragement he had from his family. Sim Deok-Chool is a 70 years old man with family who had dreamt of dancing ballet but couldn't because of the difficulties he faced as a family man.
His desire to dance ballet came up again when he became 70 and was going well enough, it turns out to be a very late time for anyone to learn and be good in ballet. He didn't care, he was more determined to change his story by practicing.
When I first started seeing the drama, I had also thought it would be really hard to learn ballet at such an old age. I know it's all acting but the hard work the man showed both in practicing, pleasing his teacher, loving his family, encouraging those who were giving up... He could do it all, he was so hardworking.
Lee Chae-Rok starred by Song Kang is the teacher to the old man in a ballet academy. Chae-Rok is a 23 years old guy who is gifted with ballet dance, he could do it with little or no stress. His mentor only had issues with his attitude towards his father and stubbornness to become a great ballet not minding if he would stop ballet at an early age.
He was assigned to teach the old man (Deok-Chool) how to dance ballet. Aside the family being against the old man learning ballet again, Chae-Rok was also against it as he saw it as an impossible mission. But with time, he saw how determined the old man was and decided to make him dance ballet.
Favourite scenes (the hard work scenes)
Even for me seeing the drama, I could tell how much work the old man put his teacher into to get him started and finished in dancing ballet. But then, the one who really showed more hard work is the old man dancing ballet who had been labeled impossible mission.
He would practice at home (in hiding), write out important things he needed to remember as he was beginning to forget things. I felt really emotional when it got to the point where the old man couldn't recognize his own teacher... So emotional. But in spite of all that, the teacher never gave up on him.
Well, the family's approval made the drama more fun and amazing to see... He mastered his moves, went for auditions and was qualified to go for a Navillera ballet performance... The two did left an impression that stayed in everyone's hearts.
All that was because they never gave up for too long and they worked hard for each other. I don't know how possible it would be in reality but this drama gives me no choice but to believe that indeed, there is almost nothing hard work can not do.
So I'm recommending this drama series to anyone who loves Korean drama of course, it's a good watch if you're having difficulty with some discouragements. I'll rate this drama 8/10.

He visto tantas películas que muestran el resultado del trabajo arduo y el proceso, y he visto películas en las que se puede decir sin dudas que el elenco y los productores trabajaron mucho para traer la película a nuestra lista de observación. Pero para este concurso, he decidido compartir una serie dramática que muestra más sobre el trabajo duro y la determinación.
Hay tantas series de kdrama que muestran el trabajo duro, pero esta fue una reciente que vi y sentí que cada escena se reprodujo en este drama, desde el trabajo duro hasta la pérdida de la fe, la recuperación de la fe y el éxito... Este drama es una definición. de trabajo duro
Navilera es una serie dramática coreana de 12 episodios lanzada en el año 2021 y pude verla hace un mes, todavía la tengo en mi teléfono para verla otra vez 😅 Tiendo a ver una película más de una vez si hubiera aprendido algo bueno de ella y este drama es uno de ellos.
El drama no es tan largo a diferencia de otros kdrama que he visto, pero muestra tanto trabajo duro que los dramas de episodios más largos pueden no mostrarse. Navilera es el título, pero no fue hasta el final del drama que supe por qué se titulaba ese nombre.
Un poco sobre el drama y los personajes principales
Sim Deok-Chool protagonizado por Park In-hwan es el protagonista principal y mi personaje favorito, ya que mostró una definición total de lo que significa el trabajo duro, incluso en medio del desánimo que tenía por parte de su familia. Sim Deok-Chool es un hombre de 70 años con familia que había soñado con bailar ballet pero no pudo debido a las dificultades que enfrentó como padre de familia.
Su deseo de bailar ballet volvió a surgir cuando cumplió 70 años y le estaba yendo lo suficientemente bien, resulta ser un momento muy tardío para que alguien aprenda y sea bueno en el ballet. No le importaba, estaba más decidido a cambiar su historia practicando.
Cuando comencé a ver el drama, también pensé que sería muy difícil aprender ballet a una edad tan avanzada. Sé que todo es actuación, pero el arduo trabajo que mostró el hombre practicando, complaciendo a su maestro, amando a su familia, animando a los que se estaban rindiendo... Podía hacerlo todo, era muy trabajador.
Lee Chae-Rok protagonizada por Song Kang es la maestra del anciano en una academia de ballet. Chae-Rok es un chico de 23 años dotado para el baile de ballet, podría hacerlo con poco o ningún estrés. Su mentor solo tuvo problemas con su actitud hacia su padre y la terquedad de convertirse en un gran ballet sin importarle si dejaría el ballet a una edad temprana.
Fue asignado para enseñarle al anciano (Deok-Chool) a bailar ballet. Aparte de que la familia estaba en contra de que el anciano volviera a aprender ballet, Chae-Rok también estaba en contra porque lo veía como una misión imposible. Pero con el tiempo, vio lo decidido que estaba el anciano y decidió hacerlo bailar ballet.
Escenas favoritas (las escenas de trabajo duro)
Incluso para mí viendo el drama, podía decir cuánto trabajo puso el anciano a su maestro para que comenzara y terminara bailando ballet. Pero entonces, el que realmente mostró más trabajo duro es el viejo bailarín de ballet que había sido etiquetado como misión imposible.
Practicaba en casa (escondido), escribía cosas importantes que necesitaba recordar a medida que comenzaba a olvidar cosas. Me sentí muy emocionado cuando llegó al punto en que el anciano no podía reconocer a su propio maestro... Tan emocional. Pero a pesar de todo eso, el maestro nunca se dio por vencido con él.
Bueno, la aprobación de la familia hizo que el drama fuera más divertido y sorprendente de ver... Dominó sus movimientos, fue a las audiciones y calificó para una actuación de ballet de Navilera... Los dos dejaron una impresión que se quedó en los corazones de todos.
Todo eso fue porque nunca se dieron por vencidos por mucho tiempo y trabajaron duro el uno para el otro. No sé cuán posible sería en realidad, pero este drama no me da más remedio que creer que, de hecho, no hay casi nada que el trabajo duro no pueda hacer.
Así que estoy recomendando esta serie dramática a cualquiera que ame el drama coreano, por supuesto, es un buen reloj si tienes dificultades con algunos desalientos. Calificaré este drama 8/10.
