A teaser just dropped out of the blue and then the audience got surprised by the plot being solely about Seg-El, Kal-El's grandfather.
I guess they noticed if they made it about Joe-El, it could turn off a whole lot of people.
This on the other hand started off at the middle (the thing line between love and hate).
As each episode comes by, we hope it gets to live up to the expectations the producers hope for.
For me, I would love it to be a limited tv series before it starts to bore us and waste a whole lot of our precious time.
Some of the ones which had promise from the very beginning ended up that road.
Funny enough, they are also DC Universe shows; Arrow and Flash.
