Monster, Inc. es una película animada lanzada en el 2001, producida por Pixar Animation Studios y distribuida por Walt Disney Pictures.
Una breve sinopsis: Mike y Sulley son el mejor equipo de susto que trabaja en monster inc, una corporación encargada de extraer energía de los gritos de los niños humanos, pero todo se sale de control cuando la pequeña Boo (una niña humana) logra entrar al mundo de los monstruos, por lo que Mike y Sulley tienen que devolverla a casa sin que nadie lo note.
Esta pelicula es uno de los más grandes clásicos de pixar, es impresionante la cantidad de veces que he visto esta película, además ha envejecido sin problema, todavía es una película visualmente agradable, con una trama bastante enganchante y unos excelentes personajes principales.
Esta película junto a otras películas de pixar nos han demostrado que un buen producto puede perdurar en el tiempo sin ningún problema, es una pelicula que un niño puede disfrutar pero además nosotros la vamos a ver con cariño y nostalgia.
Es curioso cuando analizamos la película a profundidad, ya que en una primera capa el concepto es bastante extraño, "un mundo de monstruos donde la energía se abastece de la energía obtenida por los gritos de los niños humanos", siento que este concepto podía salir muy bien o muy mal, afortunadamente pixar supo llevar a cabo la idea y nos entregó este clásico.
Para finalizar quiero destacar el excelente humor que tiene este película, para mi el humor es muy importante en este tipo de películas, no solo tiene chistes muy buenos sino que además con el tiempo se han convertido en memes manteniendo bastante vigente la película.
Este post más que una crítica es una demostración de lo que amo esta película, no solo porque es una de mis películas favoritas de mi infancia sino que hasta la fecha la disfruto muchísimo.

A brief synopsis: Mike and Sulley are the best scare team working in monster inc, a corporation in charge of extracting energy from the screams of human children, but everything gets out of control when little Boo (a human girl) manages to enter the world of monsters, so Mike and Sulley have to return her home without anyone noticing.
This movie is one of pixar's greatest classics, it's amazing how many times I've seen this movie, plus it has aged without a problem, it's still a visually pleasing movie, with a pretty engaging plot and some excellent main characters.
This movie along with other pixar movies have shown us that a good product can last in time without any problem, it is a movie that a child can enjoy but also we are going to see it with affection and nostalgia.
It is curious when we analyze the film in depth, since in a first layer the concept is quite strange, "a world of monsters where the energy is supplied by the energy obtained by the screams of human children", I feel that this concept could go very well or very bad, fortunately Pixar knew how to carry out the idea and gave us this classic.
To finish I want to highlight the excellent humor that this movie has, for me humor is very important in this kind of movies, not only it has very good jokes but also with time they have become memes keeping the movie quite current.
This post more than a review is a demonstration of how much I love this movie, not only because it is one of my favorite movies from my childhood but also because I still enjoy it very much.
