Muy buenas gente de esta comunidad, cómo están? Espero que muy bien, hoy quiero hablarle de unas de mis películas favoritas de Disney desde mi infancia la cual es, Monster inc, una película basada en una fábrica de energía para la ciudad obtenidas Por gritos de niños provocado por mounstros que trabaja para asustar y obtener de está energía.Fue estrenado el 2 de noviembre de 2001, en Venezuela el 5 de diciembre de ese año y en 3D en el 2012 por Walt Disney Pictures y Buena vista Internacional. Hoy hablaremos de la película y de como todo se vuelve tan difícil cuando sus protagonistas agarran el cariño a unos de esos niños y tienen que dejar que todo vuelva a la normalidad por el bien de los dos mundos paralelos entre el de la vida humana y los mounstros.

Todo comienza en un mundo habitado por monstruos, la ciudad de Monstrópolis se abastece de la energía obtenida a partir de los gritos de niños humanos. Para conseguirla, en la fábrica de Monsters dónde sustenta esa energía para la ciudad por los sustos o gritos de los niños cuando duermen. En estas tenemos criaturas profesionales empleadas como "asustadoras" que su trabajo es entrar al mundo donde viven los humanos para cosechar los gritos de los niños dónde de van guardando en una cápsula. Ellos viajan a través de portales en forma de puertas de habitación que desembocan en los armarios de las habitaciones.

Esto para los mounstros es un trabajo arriesgado, ya que dicen que los seres humanos son tóxicos al tocarlos.

En esta entra los protagonistas que son Sullivan y Mike Wazowski, los dos mejores empleados de la empresa que se encargará de la producción de energía que se está disminuyendo porqué debido a que los niños son cada vez más difíciles de asustar, algo a lo que el director ejecutivo de la empresa llamado Henry J. Waternoose III, está dispuesto a encontrar una solución con la ayuda por ellos.

Por medio de eso también hay otro buen experto en ello como de Randall Boggs, pero como no lo convocaron por delante de ellos, desde la secundaria ellos fueron como la rivalidad entre Randall y ellos dos.

Una tarde después del trabajo, Sullivan mira que alguien se ha dejado una puerta activa en la planta de sustos. Según la inspecciona para verificar que todo está bien, cuando en esas aparece una niña que entra en la fábrica, Sullivan intenta devolverla pero fracasa en su intento de regresarla a su mundo, en ese momento entra Randall a la escena, quien estaba haciendo horas extras para superar a Sullivan como mejor empleado (debemos recordar que Randall siempre le ha tenido envidia a Sullivan por ser mejor en todo y por eso el se esfuerzs en ganar puntos para superarlo), Randall conversa con Sullivan de sus sospecha que porque está aquí en la fábrica mientras devuelve la puerta al almacén. Luego de que pasara ese momento de suspenso por qué nada pasara con la niña , Sullivan se lleva a la niña en una mochila, en busca de ayuda urgente, interrumpe la cena que Mike estaba teniendo con su novia Celia Mae en un restaurante donde comían sushi.

En ese momento, la niña se escapa del bolso y empieza a correr por todo el recinto, lo que desata el caos. Sulley y Mike consiguen escapar con la niña antes de que la Agencia de Detección de Niños llega y pone todo el establecimiento en cuarentena.

Sullivan y Mike, pronto descubren de que la niña no es tóxica es decir (que los humanos no hacen algún tipo de daño a los mounstros), y que su risa genera una cantidad de energía mucho mayor, en esa la niña confiesa que Randall es su asustador con su dibujo. Sulley empieza a encariñarse con la niña y le pone de nombre "Boo", en cambio Mike, quiere deshacerse de ella.

Al día siguiente, los dos disfraza a Boo como un pequeño monstruo y la introducen disimuladamente en la fábrica para intentar devolverla a su hogar, pero Randall, quien estaba esperando hacer una emboscada a la niña, secuestra a Mike por error. No obstante, Randall sigue adelante con sus planes y lo ata a un extractor de gritos, una especie de aspirador capaz de absorber por la fuerza el sonido de los gritos de los humanos que secuestre y así resolver la crisis energética que atraviesa la empresa.

Sullivan logra intervenir y llega salvar a Mike antes de que Randall pueda probar la máquina, y van a informar a Waternoose de la situación. Sin embargo, el director confiesa que está compinchado con Randall y expulsan a los par de monstruos en el Himalaya, de forma que les arrebatan a Boo de sus manos, me pareció muy feo esa parte pero bueno ellos dos buscarán la forma de volver.

Finalmente logra volver a la fábrica y salvar a Boo del extractor de gritos, pero Randall comienza a atacarle, pero es finalmente derrotado accidentalmente por Mike, quien había regresado para reconciliarse con su amigo luego de la discusión que tuvieron los dos por lo sucedido, culpandose por lo que paso. Randall en ese momento los persigue y los fuerza a irse al almacén de puertas, en eso, gracias a la risa de Boo, todas las puertas comienzan a activarse, lo que les permite entrar y salir del mundo de los humanos en cualquier momento en distintos lugares del mundo de los humanos.
En un momento de la persecución, Randall logra atraparlos e intenta matar a Sullivan, pero Boo supera el miedo por el monstruo y lo empieza a atacar. Por ello, Mike y Sullivan deciden dejar a Randall en el mundo de los humanos, donde termina con dos personas en un casa rodante lo confunden con un lagarto gigante y lo golpean con una pala, (admito que esa escena morí de risa).

Mike y Sulley logran encontrar la puerta de Boo, pero Waternoose, acompañado por la APN, la acerca a la planta de sustos. Allí, Mike trata de distraer a los agentes mientras Sullivan escapa con Boo y su puerta, dónde Waternoose lo persigue hacia el simulador de sustos, donde confiesa secuestrar niños con tal de salvar la empresa. Para su mala suerte el directivo no se había dado cuenta de que estaba siendo grabado y acaba por ser detenido por la APN, no sin antes culpar a Sullivan de la caída de la compañía y de empeorar la crisis energética.

En esa llega la señora Roz, la administradora de la planta de sustos, dónde revela que es la líder de la agencia policial y que había estado trabajando infiltrada para descubrir al líder intelectual de las acciones internas de la empresa. Esta agradece tanto a Mike como a Sullivan por su cooperación y permite a este último devolver a Boo a su hogar, aunque después su puerta debe ser destruida para evitar futuros contactos con ella. Sin embargo, Sullivan motivado por las buenas experiencias con la niña, diseña un plan para resolver la situación energética dónde sugieres que en vez de susto es mejor las risas tanque por recolectar las risas de los pequeños humanos, son diez veces más potentes que los sustos.

Luego de esta tragedia y el sacrificio por destruir la puerta por el bien de la niña y que la crisis energética está solucionada, Sullivan es nombrado nuevo director de la empresa, mientras que Mike trabaja en la reconstrucción de la puerta de Boo. A final de la película se termina de reconstruir la puerta pero sería activarla con una sola pieza que faltaba, Sullivan al despedirse quería volver a verla ya que pues el cariño que tiene con la niña es grande, decidió poner esa última pieza por verla otra vez, cuando se activa la puerta para reencontrarse con Boo, ella responde a como ella lo llamaba "gatito" haciendo que Sullivan sonría porque aún reconoce a su gran amigó quien cuido de ella.
Esta película me gusta mucho por su trama y como es el giro inesperado a la empresa que en vez de asustar hacen algo mejor y es hacer reír a los niños, me encanta el motivo final donde se reencuentra con boo, dónde ellos dos se encariñaron mucho que incluso cuando se tenía que despedir fue muy triste porque no sabían cuándo se volverían a ver y que obviamente se acabaría las aventuras entre esa linda amistad. Al final la compañía creció gracias a ese método, quedando en buenas manos con Sullivan y todo resultó para bien para los dos mundos paralelos, el de los humanos y los mounstros.

Aunque en el pasado 2021 salió su continuación llamado Monster Inc at work en dónde se habla de que pasó después de lo de Boo, estoy muy ansioso y con ganas de verla por Disney plus, aunque también nos no olvidemos de como Sullivan y Mike, se conocieron en Monster University, dónde ahí es donde todo empieza y luego pasan a trabajar en la compañía. I really like this movie for its plot and as it is the unexpected twist to the company that instead of scaring they do something better and it is to make the children laugh, I love the final reason where he meets Boo again, where the two of them became very fond that even when he had to say goodbye it was very sad because they did not know when they would see each other again and that obviously the adventures between that beautiful friendship would end. In the end the company grew thanks to this method, remaining in good hands with Sullivan and everything turned out for the good for the two parallel worlds, that of humans and monsters..
