Lu takut apa? Kena buang kerja? kena potong gaji? Kena jangkitan COVID-19? Itu lagi takut maa. Sikalang mana ada olang takut sama hantu?
So apa pasat buat cerita hantu?
That is what the group of film students doing in the beginning of TAKUT KE TAK?. They make fun of of the genre and the cliches that came with it.
"Kenapa tahu rumah tu ada hantu tapi taknak lari keluar? Kenapa pintu terbuka ada bunyi seram? Kenapa masuk jugak kedalam bila dah tau ada hantu? Kenapa kalau larik mesti terjatuh tergolek? Kenapa kalau pandang belakang ada hantu?"
"Tak ke benda yang sama? Ini semua dah lapok! Kita akan jadi horror master generasi yang baru!"
I'm not sure if the release date of TAKUT KE TAK? has been adjusted due to the pandemic but HOLY SHIT isn't the cliches listed above can be applied to a recent horror movie?
Act 1 of TAKUT KE TAK? is an indirect review about ROH! The film students are tired of all the cliches and comitted to making a change but as they got into the haunted house to shoot their revolutionary masterpiece, there are ghosts scaring them not to do it!
Hmm...I wonder what does the haunted house (and the ghosts) represent? Hmmm....
In the haunted house, they eat rotten karipap and mee goreng and all the local delicacies but not knowing it just because the one serving them is a pretty amoi!
Nevermind if the movie is shit. As long as its nice on the eyes!
We pay money maa so make the visual effects nice2 lorr. Dont make cincai2 one. Otherwise reviewer will make bad review and no one will go see your movie!
TAKUT KE TAK? SCARED OR NOT??
Lu gilaa! Mana ada cameraman pakai jersey bola pergi shooting! Pigi daa!
Haa? Parody? Allegory? Meta? Movie about making movie? Genre deconstruction? Apa lu cakap?? Wa tarak faham la. Wa masuk wayang mau enjoy maa....tamao pikir punya. Sudah penat kerja. Reviewer sudah cakap tak bagus buat apa buang luit hor. Gaji sudah kena potong, perut sudah kasi ikat.
Tapi kalau wa tarak paham NOLAN pnya movie ar wa kasi google liao...mesti ada mask tersilat wan! Local movie mana ada tersilat?
Tapi itu satu celita silat menang award liao! Terrer! Itu Sivar sumore terer! He silat the whole hantu and saved his friends!
Itu bosskuu pnya mask pn tersilat! Itu pasat tak kena tangkap maa! TAKUT APA BOSSKU!!
