Hola amigos hoy quiero hablarles de uno de los antihéroes más esperados desde que saliera su primera película Venom, en donde nos deleito por su manera de ver las cosas y la relación complicada pero genial con Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy), esperamos 3 años para que saliera esta nueva película de Marvel Studios y Sony con toda las dudas y contratiempos que hubo para sacar esta película adelante, finalmente hoy tuve la oportunidad de verla y acá mis impresiones.
Bad points:
From my point of view they did not know or did not want to take advantage of the character of Carnage, for what they do not know the character from the comics they will find cool the way they presented him in the film, when Carnage is a strong, violent character and a Villain in capital letters. Sony lost the opportunity to present him for what he was, to present a light film and not fall into too violent scenes.
Not wanting to introduce Carnege's character, they focused and abused in my opinion the chemistry between Eddí and Venom with jokes, making it a comedy at times, using the same safe formula of the first part.
It lacked many more action scenes and what could have been a great film played it safe, which at times entertains but does not make an unforgettable film.
Puntos negativos: Desde mi punto de vista no supieron o no quisieron aprovechar el personaje de Carnage, para lo que no conozcan al personaje de los comics les parecerá cool la manera que lo presentaron en la película, cuando Carnage es un personaje fuerte, violento y un Villano en mayúsculas. Sony perdió la oportunidad de presentarlo como lo que era, para presentar una película light y no caer en escenas demasiados violentas.
Al no querer presentar al personaje de Carnege se centraron y abusaron a mi parecer de la química entre Eddí y Venom con chistes haciéndola una comedia en momentos, utilizando la misma formula segura de la primera parte.
Le falto muchas más escenas de acción y lo que pudo ser una gran película se fueron a lo seguro, que por momentos entretienen pero que no se hace una película inolvidable.
Positive points:
The interpretation of Tom Hardy as Eddí, makes us truly believe that he has a person within him, the chemistry with the Venom character is unique that makes us laugh, shows us a true but dysfunctional friendship that works for both of us.
Harrelson's performances with Tom Hardy, who like Tom with Venom, was excellent, which gave life to the film at times, especially the fight between them is great.
The post-credit scene was the best of the whole movie, because it shows us that there will be spider-verse at some point and who knows if Venom arrives at UMC in No way Home.
Puntos Positivos: La interpretación de Tom Hardy como Eddí, nos hace creer en verdad que tiene una persona de entro de él, la química con el personaje de Venom es única que nos hace reír, nos muestra una amistad verdadera pero disfuncional que funciona para ambos.
Las actuaciones de Harrelson junto a Tom Hardy, que al igual que Tom con Venom, fue excelente, lo que le dio vida la película por momentos, sobre todo la pelea entre ellos es genial.
La escena pos-crédito fue lo mejor de toda la película, porque nos muestra que habrá spider-verso en algún momento y quien sabe si Venom llegue UMC en No way Home.
My conclusion, in Venom is, that although the script was missing and left many gaps and questions in the plot of the main characters, you can see it, but without expecting great things, it is entertaining because they went for sure, Sony Pictures He is not interested in exploiting the venom-verse of symbiotes in depth.
If I had to rate I would give them a 5 out of 10 just for the masterful performances of Tom, Venom, Harrelson and the final scene for its special effects and fighting.
