I was excited when I saw Jeepers Creepers on the internet, I didn't even waste a thought before downloading. I started watching horror movies since I was maybe 7.. I don't know.. But I was as little as I can remember, but I never get scared. Soon horror became my favourite genre (well not anymore). I watched Jeepers Creepers 1 when I was 17 years old, and it was the only movie in my entire life that scared the shit out of me!! I still remember the song, I never do that in other movies not even their names. The part 2 was cool too. So I downloaded the 3rd with high expectations but it came crashing like a glass wall..

A creepy creature returns every 23 years to hunt, frighten and kill people in a small town for 23 days before going back to sleep. He feeds on their fears, BTW why do horror creatures feed on fear, does it taste like chococates?.. The movie focuses on Addie, her grand mother, Gaylen and the sherrif trying to find a way to destroy the creature once and for all and the usual story line of it's predecessors. Addie is sad girl who lives with her grandam that talks to ghost only her can see. It turned out that the ghost is her son and Addie's uncle, killed by the creeper 23 years ago after her buried an artifact belonging to the Creeper in their farm. On the other we see Sheriff Tashtago and his team of creeper hinders with matching clothes and hat, apparently they are all Creeper's survivors from the last movie. With truck loaded with weapons they believe they can take down the Creeper. But unfortunately they achieved nothing compared to the previous franchise. As a die hard Creepers fan, I am extremely disappointed at what Director Victor Salva made of this movie. The performances are over exaggerated and sloppy, the characters just yell at each other throughout the movie. There is absolutely no creativity and the most important thing, no scare!!.. We don't even get a glimpse of what is being seen through the artifact by the characters, we only know that they get visions that turn their eyes white but nothing was related to the audience, not even a glimpse. A teaser at the end shows a 4th franchise but Salva didn't do enough to keep the audience interested or excited about Jeepers Creepers. It was only the Creeper that stayed true but unfortunately the characters sorrounding him made him look like a joke..
