На початку фільму в дім пари "у віці" привозять чоловіка після інсульту, який потребує догляду. Жінка, яка взялася за ним доглядати, свариться зі своїм чоловіком. Той не хоче, щоб в цьому домі був цей чолов'яга. Хто вони всі такі? Про це ми дізнаємося з іншої сюжетної лінії - спогадів. Жінка читає щоденник їх "гостя", який був у його речах, і пригадує все, та дізнається ще й нові факти про життя як його, так і своє та її коханого. Це "любовний трикутник", в який потрапили троє. Дівчина вийшла заміж за коханого, але в нього була інша пристрасть - їх друг.

At the beginning of the film, a man is brought to the home of an "aged" couple after a stroke who needs care. The woman who took care of him quarrels with her husband. He does not want this man to be in this house. Who are they all? We learn about this from another story line - memories. The woman reads the diary of their "guest", which was in his belongings, and remembers everything, and also learns new facts about his life, as well as her own and her lover's. This is a "love triangle" in which three people got involved. The girl married her lover, but he had another passion - their friend.
Після прем'єри, як пишуть, фільм неоднозначно сприйняли критики. Ще б пак: тема ЛГБТ піднімається на поверхню сюжету та показується "в усій красі". Але мені фільм сподобався. Він сумний. Змушує подивитися на швидкоплинне життя з іншого боку: коли ти прожив його не з тією людиною. Коли в житті ти маєш слідувати за якимись стандартами, а потім страждати з тим, кого обрав своїм супутником на все життя.
Ну і хочеться відзначити Гаррі Стайлса, який штурмує кіноолімп: показує себе талановито та сміливо. Таку роль не кожен щиро зіграє, особливо враховуючи дещо відверті сцени.
After the premiere, as they write, the film received mixed reviews from critics. One more thing: the LGBT theme rises to the surface of the plot and is shown "in all its glory." But I liked the movie. He is sad. Makes you look at fleeting life from the other side: when you lived it with the wrong person. When in life you have to follow some standards and then suffer with the one you chose as your companion for life.
Well, I would like to mention Harry Styles, who is storming the cinema Olympus: he shows himself talented and brave. Not everyone will sincerely play such a role, especially given the somewhat frank scenes.
