Memories of Murder (2003)

This movie is based on a true story and is directed by Oscar winning director Bong Joon Ho.
Although he won an Oscar for his movie Parasite, it is this movie that made him famous in the Korean industry.
Since the movie is based on true events, then the setting is supposed to be from that time. Yes, the setting of the story was in 1986. The fact of the matter is that from 1981 to 1991, one serial killing after another took place in one part of South Korea. At that time it was difficult to identify the suspect due to the lack of sophisticated equipment. This movie is based on such true events.

Plot:
Suddenly one day the body was found under the drain next to the paddy field. With this, the local intelligence agency started an investigation A few days after the start of the investigation, another body was found.
The motive for the murder is the same as the previous one. In this way, one serial killing after another is going on A new detective was appointed. He also started the investigation. At one stage only one killer could know. So who was the killer? Who can catch the killer? The last hour was frozen latex.
I like Kong Ho Song's performance the most. The way he acted all seemed realistic.
Also liked Kim Sang Kyung’s performance.
The intelligence officer will be like that. All sharp. Everyone else's performance was good.
Excellent cinematography. There is no chance of getting bored for 2 hours and 11 minutes. And at the end you will be shocked. Let those who have seen it know how it feels. And for those who want to see, take a quick look.
that's all. Thanks for taking a look of this post. (All the photos are collected from Google)
